  1. he`s 34 and to be blunt was`nt much use when he was 24
  2. think you are being unfair there,i admit i was sceptical on his signing but towards the end of the season he showed enough to demonstrate he was good enough to play in this league, can`t be easy coming to a new club as an experienced pro and being told you need to learn the game by bloody mowbray
  3. i work with few pne fans and they are not happy🙂
  4. been sent on an assignment by the let editor, they had to extricate him from his deskchair with an industrial hub puller
  5. the intrepid reporter rich sharpe has gone all kate adie and is now on the front line trying to infiltrate the corridors of brockhall in his quest to find out about the legendary list of targets
  6. funny watching them currently implode with a succesion of **** managers and even worse ceo`s add to the fact that both their hated rivals are a universe ahead of them as well, karma is a bitch innit🤣
  7. got a serious attitude problem, just been shown the exit by millwall after they spent close on a million quid for him,he`s a dick as well
  8. reading some of the posts on here it`s clear the ghost of mowbray is haunting certain forumites, the doom and gloom of his persona is still present and spreading
  9. iv`e always liked louie sibley,he`s definately going places
  10. mutual disinterest from me as well,if his brain worked as quickly as his feet then he`d be some player,it does`nt and he`ll always continue to take the wrong option, how many times did we see him shoot when an easy pass was on and pass when he should have had a shot
  11. apparently due in sheffield this week to sign, then flies out to portugal for their pre season training camp
  12. any news of nyambe??surprised he`s not been picked up by a club yet
  13. disapointing to lose out on ahmedhodzic but it`s not a disaster,if he was that good he would`nt be playing in the english second division would he,still time for incomings, though i admit i will be slightly concerned if there is no one here this time next week🤔
  14. those two w*****s erikson and grip might as well have pushed him off his bike themselves, snubbed for keown who did`nt get on the pitch for a minute
  15. had nights out in leeds and sheffield and got to say sheffield is a nicer place imo, they both trump rotherham, which is a cesspit
  16. tommy doyle sounds like someone from the pub who`s sneaked on the plane
  17. one of lives great mysteries is how we did`nt win that game by 2 or 3 goals🤫
  18. i think it`s more getting the players fitter and to play at a higher tempo than we did, getting the ball back quicker is very important,it`s been one of our weaknesses, not sure jdt can do it without some new players though🤔
  19. the lads all looked pretty happy in the portugal pre season trip im`e not sure, they ar`nt splashing it around like fulham and bournemouth did, despite having a saudi owner
  20. i don`t think we`de be in for him unless we could compete with sheff utd wage wise, they ar`nt exactly flush themselves
  21. the fac that he`s played under jdt at malmo could be a crucial factor, though in all honesty and being completely neutral id`e rather play for jon dahl tommason, champions league winner and 120 apps for ac milan than paul heckingbottom, lower league midfielder and sacked from every job he`s had
  22. he`ll be in the physio dept, every time he sees grass the ankle gives out☺️
  23. on the last three points could`nt get the best out of a good group of players the whole 5 years of his tenure listen to his interviews in the media, ffs imagine listening to him on the training ground never got his players to buy in to his various madcap team shapes,a decent coach would at least play to his teams strengths,he went the other way and played to their weaknesses!!!!!! the final words---he`s gone, let him infect someone else team, lets get behind jdt,he at least looks interested and motivated
  24. because tony was infuriating manager who played everyone out of position and came up with various systems that confused everyone,he was a poor man manager as well as a poor communicator and coach,he should have got more out of the players he had,the criminal useage of the excellent harrison read, the fact he overspent on brereton and gallagher when he should have bought centre backs instead and then the blaming of mulgrew and raya when the goals against did`nt stop, the continued picking of evans and bennett, when neither of them contributed anything(though bennett was useful when played in midfield,he at least was a good crosser of the ball,he was`nt put there often enough) all in all i think mowbray was a poor manager who had delusions of grandeur, despite being well backed by the owners he did`nt do much for me,there were dozens of games when the players looked completely confused by his crazy set ups
