  1. DW 7-piece, Sabian Cymbals - very nice! Always wanted a DW, but man they cost a bomb lol.
  2. Ditto this! However, BBD hobbled off holding his leg around the 50th last night - anyone know the extent of his knock? Praying it's nothing serious, he'd just about found his feet again! Bloody international friendlies at this stage in the season 🙄
  3. 75 MPG?! Christ almighty, i'd be lucky to get around 40 in my Qashqai ☹️
  4. We've certainly had the better of 'big club' so far this season. Of the 3 times we've played, they were definitely tougher in the first game - they looked great at that stage in the season, but seem to have declined since. We need to win this one and I think we will... huge game for us. 0-1 Rovers - BBD to score!
  5. We're at the business end of the season now, it's all to play for - and looking at the table it's still pretty tight at both ends! Which 3 do you think will go up to the PL? Which 3 do you think will go down to L1? I'll go first I guess! Up Burnley (1st) Middlesbrough (2nd) Rovers (PO) Down Wigan (24th) Blackpool (23rd) Rotherham (22nd)
  6. Looks like ~13k seats are taken so far, from the ticket map. Hopefully there are a couple thousand walk-ins!
  7. After a bit of tinkering with the seat map on the site, i've found that ~11,900 tickets are taken at this point for home supporters with ~5,800 still available (excluding BBE upper of course). Poor do at £10 a ticket IMO, I know it's a Wednesday night and not the most mouth watering fixture - but at that price I expected at least 2k more. Hopefully more people will buy in the next couple of days and get behind the lads!
  8. Had a look on their forum to see what they're thinking; https://hobnob.royals.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=190189 Not much confidence at all on their end!
  9. Stoke away was never going to be a walk in the park, but boy were they up for it?! It was clear early on that it was going to be a bad day at the office for us. They brought us down a peg or two, to say the least. On the bright side, at least we ended the game well. Given our recent results, it could be considered 'a blip' I suppose? Anyway... We need 3 points against Reading, or we can kiss the play-offs goodbye. Hoping for a dominant win, but there's every chance we'll make it harder for ourselves than it should be. Will predict a 1-0 win, BBD to score. COYB.
  10. Stoke (A) = Win Reading (H) = Win B'ham (A) = Draw Norwich (H) = Draw H'field (A) = Win Hull (H) = Draw Coventry (H) = Loss Nobbers (A) = Draw Dingles (H) = Loss Luton (H) = Win Millwall (A) = Win -------------------------- 77 Pts, 4th Place.
  11. Our recent wins are much more credible than theirs, we're clearly the more in-form side here. Teams will not be wanting to play us at the moment. Stoke away always sounds daunting, it's a fixture i'm usually not too confident about... but with the way we're performing lately, I just can't see us slowing down anytime soon. We're defensively solid and creating way more chances. They had a solid win at the weekend, but I think we bring them back down a peg on Friday and give them a good hiding. 3-0 to the Rovers! Gallagher to score and a brace for Dolan.
  12. https://www.s24su.com/forum/threads/pre-match-view-from-blackburn.94391/ Here's what the Sheff Utd lot are saying on their forum - a couple on there would be happy with a draw so it seems.
  13. I agree with Mark - we've been top drawer lately, but I can't see us beating this lot. They tore us a new one earlier in the season at their place, and aside the great home win last season we don't often fair very well against them. Had they taken a tanking off Spurs and dropped a bit of morale, sure i'd have been slightly more optimistic... but they somehow managed to beat Spurs without even fielding their strongest side. Would be a shame to see our great run come to an end, but i'm expecting a 0-2 loss here.
  14. If we play anything like last night, which we probably will, we'll get absolutely bummed into oblivion. For what it's worth, i'd start with something like this; Hopefully we can get a couple back from injury to improve on the above. In any case, i'd bench BBD and stick Leonard on the bench over Vale. Anyway, I imagine a comfortable 2-0 win for Watford here.
  15. There's no chance we win this appeal - and honestly after that shit last night, I don't care in the slightest anymore. We're not making the top 6 with or without O'Brien, in fact we won't even finish in the top half playing like that. We desperately needed a striker in January, they failed. We could have Casemiro dominating in the middle, but this lot still wouldn't be able to get the ball in the net.
  16. If he could stay fit and is willing take a big wage cut, i'd love Jones back - would add some steel and passion to the side, both of which we're desperately lacking.
  17. Anyone reckon we'll bother bringing in any of the free agents? The list is a bit 'meh' as a whole, but some of the names on there could still be considered improvements on what we have.
  18. Just saw that, you’d hope it’s Robinson of all their strikers… but after a look through them all it’s probably Mark Harris, contract expires this year, young, Welsh - no idea who he is though tbh! Can anyone confirm?
  19. Waggott level invincibility confirmed! I'm gonna use naughty words more than ever... Boobies!
  20. Another one he uses; shaggot@rovers.co.uk
  21. "Come on EFL, don't be tight!"
  22. Any decent CDM's available as free agents? They've got some serious making up to do, JDT will be furious.
