  1. Were Rovers went wrong 2nd half of the season, Mowbrays tactics and sticking to the same formation almost every game that the opposition did there homework on months ago.Probably why we got beat with most of them 2nd half of the season.
  2. Nice to see Buckley win young player of the year, home grown talent who's up for it in a Rovers shirt. There were also awards for Diaz (lets hope we can keep hold of him) and Travis for most creative player.
  3. Burnley will have to pay a significant amount of £65,000,000 back if there relegated, the money they borrowed, Lets hope there relegated, there fans have been mouthing off about Blackburn Rovers going under in the Lancashire Telegraph all season. Can't understand why burnley fans are allowed on the Rovers comments page.We would be banned on their page.
  4. Love to see Markanday in action if he's match fit.Been hearing great things about him sticking the ball in the top corner on the training ground.
  5. How about Vale who cant stop scoring for the under 23s.It's the perfect game to try academy players, who might one day replace the players leaving.I heard great things about Phillips earlier in the season. It's an end of season kickabout at St Andrews for both clubs, lets give some game experience to the future of Blackburn Rovers.
  6. Just been reading the Lancs Telegraph comments, one ore to burnley ba---rds are taking the piss about Ainsworth possibly becoming the new Rovers manager.I will be on the piss all Summer if the burnley w--kers are relegated.
  7. Lancashire doing okay at the moment, lets hope rovers do the same next season. The young talent we have got who can only get better as they mature and decent signings in the summer we should be going for the title not promotion.
  8. Mr Mowbray spoke to the players after the bournmouth game, and told them it will be his last game in charge at birmingham.I would go for Sean Dyke he's plenty of young talent at his disposal, just need one ore two experienced wise signings to replace the players leaving. It would be a kick in the teeth for burnley if Rovers won promotion under Sean Dyke.
  9. I hear they held eid prayers on the pitch at ewood, they should have prayed rovers play fooball this saturday instead of the pathetic hold the white flag up and surrender rubbish we saw last saturday.
  10. The opposition always go for the weak link in a team, pity our manager doesn't think like that.
  11. It's finally been announced, Birmingham will be the last game for Mowbray.Onwards and upwards hopefully next season.
  12. You were probably among them in the darwen end.
  13. Somebody mentioned Mark Hughes as one of the new manager candidates, we could do worse he took us back to the premiership the last time he was manager.Wayne Rooneys done a fantastic job at Derby after having 21pts deducted.Ainsworth is one of the favourites.Whoever takes over let's all get behind him and get Rovers back on track.
  14. It was a fantastic response to there 3rd goal, most of the Blackburn End singing i'm rovers till i die.
  15. The replacement referee took us all by surprise at Ewood yesterday, didn't know both of them supported bournemouth. You would have thought so all the decisions that went there way.I thought bournemouth were a set of dirty BA---RDS, they kicked some of the rovers players off the park and a red card should have been shown. We could do with an hatchet man at Ewood and give dirty bas---ds there own medicine.Bollocks to fair play, some of the opposition dont know the meaning of the words.
  16. Blackburns been around for a lot longer than 140 years. The town was named Blakebourne after the river Blakewater. It's an anglo saxon name that was mispronounced Blackburn and the name stuck.Sorry for the boring history lesson back to football.COME ON ROVERS get it right next season.
  17. I felt sorry for the big crowd that turned up at Ewood, very disappointing result it was a walk in the park for bournemouth. Some of the players looked like they weren't interested in playing, they were probably frightened of getting injured because there off after the next game.I was angry at the pathetic display being one of the many supporters that pay there wages. Some good news new manager new blood in the Summer and we will probably see Markanday in action when the Summer friendlies are arranged.I have been hearing good things about him on the training ground. Lets hope the good times return to Ewood the supporters deserve it.
  18. I will cheer the rovers for you today if your not there. In reality most Rovers supporters didn't think we would stay in the top 6 with this mainly young team. They will be more experienced for it next season.Lets rebuild around those youngsters that remain next season and go for the Championship title next season. If we can win our 2 remaining matches there's a very slim chance if other teams slip up. NEVER SAY DIE. Nice to see support from the U.S.A.
  19. One of my relations (a united fan) suggested phil jones might do well back at ewood, he's around 33 years old.
  20. Most of the supporters those teams that don't bribe refs should have a protest one saturday with banners saying shite crooked refs out.
  21. And some comments on this site dont believe some shite crooked refs are as bent as a £9 note. What about the crystal clear penalty against huddersfield etc.
  22. Let's hope Parish (former tory mep for bournemouth) is not in the crowd, he will be watching porn on his mobile.
  23. I agree with improve the fan zone, how about competitions with prizes for the awaiting supporters and entertainment.More chance of them coming back making it entertaining for the supporters.
