  1. I'd be asleep by KO time. I'm a lightweight though. Enjoy the match. Up the Rovers!
  2. Not even made the bench. Neither has Mahoney.
  3. We might be changing formation to accommodate Wharton.
  4. Pleased he's gone for 3 man midfield. There are huge gaps in there normally. Wharton will hopefully be give licence to roam and create.
  5. Leonard and AW starting...or just a tease?!
  6. 'If you want the best you've got to pay for it' Roy Hodgson on the signing of Christian Dailly. 🤣
  7. He's not playing well, but he was being spoken about in glowing terms a few games ago. Seems to me the whole team has hit the buffers. Gally isn't what we need if we are relying on the No9 to score goals, I grant you that. But the other 3 of the 4 forwards are hardly pulling up trees either. The front four is a big problem, not just Gally.
  8. Oh right, we're back to this! Obviously BRFC is unique in this regard😁 You've gone full Chaddy!
  9. I hope there's some entertainment laid on in the concourse! That's a long wait until KO.
  10. We've won quite a few games they've both played in.
  11. So Bolton having twice the population of Blackburn, and over 30% of Blackburn's pop never going to Ewood, will have no bearing on potential attendances at those clubs!?
  12. You FFS! Your whole argument is that population has no impact on Bolton attracting more fans than Blackburn. I conceded price was the biggest factor, but also correctly stated that as Bolton has a pop twice the size of Blackburn that will also be a factor. Also, a third of Blackburn's population never go to Ewood, which adds further weight to the population claims. I'm not even getting into the Man Utd 'strongholds' in Bolton 🙂 When you have conceded that population will be a factor in Bolton's rather obvious potential for bigger crowds then we can happily get on with the rest of our day 🙂
  13. Bullocks that Blackburn Rovers are somehow unique in attracting fans from outside the town, as I put in my original post.
  14. You can do the same for any club. But I can't think of any other club where a third of it's population don't go and watch the town's team. You're being very selective with your facts.
  15. Bollocks. Certainly no more than any other club.
  16. Man Utd strongholds?! I think you're reaching a bit there. You can say that for any town in the country. Bolton has twice the population of Blackburn. That will be a factor in their attendances. And we haven't even touched on the 30% of Blackburn's population that don't go anywhere near Ewood....
  17. Price and population. But mainly price.
  18. What do you think it was? Or are you just making a grubby insinuation?
  19. Would that be the same road that is spitting distance from a quality Chinese restaurant? If not Gussets lied when he said he knew where SW lived!
  20. Is this not as much to do with the poor service our strikers get? I appreciate Gally isn't the best but if the ball spends its' time in our half as we pass it around at the back there's not much he can do.
  21. Yep, just repeating what Sharpe believes to be the case.
  22. Apparently so. J*b caught them red-handed in Barrow. The story goes that J*b was out walking his dog and got chatting to BBD outside a hairdresser's in Clitheroe. All of a sudden SW appears out of nowhere, grabs the dog and sprints off down King St. @J*B is now known as 'Mowbray' in the RV cos he can't hold on to a lead.
  23. I know where Scott Wharton lives (with @J*B's dog) if that helps?
