  1. They've certainly done something with the Basel kits https://www.fcb.ch/aktuell/news/alle-news/trikots-2425/
  2. Looks like they put the map upside down so that the badge could be placed where Ewood is. Edit: actually Ewood is where the badge would normally be if it wasn't central. Makes it even more annoying to have the central badge.
  3. Apparently he was just not very good when he played at the start of the season and eventually dropped out of favour
  4. 264 pages without a single whiff of a transfer, that's an impressive amount of nonsense generated
  5. They just got pumped 3-0 by the team who are 9th in the Lithuanian league. So that's the level we're looking at.
  6. Yeah, but think of the future potential resale value. Who cares about on field performance
  7. What happens to these bonds that they have to pay to send money over? Do they get those back at some point and under what conditions? Only when they get the money back from us?
  8. Tyjon has signed a two year scholarship https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2024/july/02/tyjon-signs-as-a-scholar/
  9. The only way Wharton will make an appearance at the Euros is if we make the 3rd place match. 84th minute sub.
  10. Same, a penalty is fine for deliberate handball or clear denial of a goal, but indirect free kick is enough for anything else.
  11. Especially if Szmodics goes. Either Gilsenan or Sigurdsson may be needed to fill that role
  12. Given the need for a CB would we take Phillips back on loan?
  13. The only thing Bair has over McGuire is that he'd be a lot cheaper. McGuire has more goals in 12 games this season than Bair managed in his two seasons in the MLS. Bair also managed a single goal for St Johnstone last season. Not a very inspiring signing.
  14. Doesn't seem to have played much football over the last couple of seasons. 2 substitute appearances for the first team and 15 games for the B team in the Spanish 5th tier. Which is the equivalent of the English 7th tier given the way the Spanish leagues are structured. We already got a guy like that from Germany, it hasn't gone so well.
  15. Gent should definitely be given a chance in pre-season to prove whether he should be in and around the first team squad
  16. I'm guessing he benefits from having played only the first half of the season before our performances tanked
  17. It's all too predictable that Ennis' single league goal this season came against us
  18. We're 5th worst on the number of expected goals prevented. Pears is -0.1 per 90, Leo is -0.16 per 90 https://fbref.com/en/comps/10/keepersadv/Championship-Stats
  19. Since Eustace took over we're 20th. Fair to say it's probably going to be another rough season next if we manage to survive this one
  20. Where does this put us for the three year profit and sustainability window? Edit: I've just taken a look and for the past three years we've had the following losses: 20/21: £6.6m 21/22: £11.2m 22/23: £20.9m Which comes to £38.7m which is just below the £39m losses allowed for a three year window. Suspiciously close if you ask me. Also leaves us with only a £7m buffer for this season's losses. Unless I'm completely misunderstanding how it works.
  21. https://twitter.com/zakgilsenan03/status/1776680062386872590
  22. Looking forward to seeing if some of the youngsters can cut it in league one next season. Maybe even Telalovic will get a goal or two.
  23. Going to be some tired legs out there, would be happy with a point. The two games after this are huge, anything less than six points there is a failure.
