It will be interesting if we do get that far, to see if he plays. A word in his shell like from his ever so nice agent might see him pick up a mystery injury and prevent him getting cup tied. Which would give us the clearest indication yet if he intends to stay. IMHO

He's not going to score 20+ goals next season if he is set on a move away, more so if he throws a strop. I'm affraid he's toast!

I must admit I cracked a wry old smile when reading Sky Text last night. Apparantly Jose is raging mad about unsubstantiated stories linking Sheva with a move back to AC Milan. THEY ARE CONSIDERING TAKING LEGAL ACTION !! We wouldn't want someone unsettling your strikers now would we !! Unbelievable.

B.M. may or may not throw a strop, he may or may not be here next season, but I would expect Sparky and the Rovers board to play hard ball on this one. We hold more of the aces wth this hand. This one could get tedious!

Why would it go to a board meeting? Surley the Chairman tells Sparky about CFC's interest, Sparky says he's going nowhere, chairman tells CFC to naff offski. Unless a tempting financial offer has been made ??

Not suprised, have to say. Having said that Sparky holds more of the cards this time and I trust him to do the best for Rovers. He won't sell unless its in Rovers interest. He didn't bend in the Lucas Neil saga and I'm sure he won't with Benni even if he throws a strop. If he refuses to play then he simply tarnishes his own reputation. He will probably end up else where if thats his want, but don't expect Sparky to order you a Taxi Mr McCarthy !

My two favorites are songs you never actually never hear on the terraces. Heard them loads of times on away trips in pubs or in the back of vans. The thing is I don't know the words, but they are defo old classics and real rabble rousing songs. I think they are based on the A & B side of a Rovers record from the 60's, but I could be wrong. One goes, "No matter what the weather, no matter where we play, we are the main attraction, the best team on the day........" The other, " (chorus) On and on and on to victory, The Rovers will be roaring, the Rovers will be scoring, what ever we do by gum we'll make it a day. Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nahnah nah...... If anyone knows the complete words to these, please post them for posterity.

I'm sure its something Lee could feed back to the commercial Dept. However given the contractual arrangement, there's probably nothing Rovers can do. But surely they can see the damage its causing ?!

The very same thing has happend to me TWICE. On one occassion it took two of them to answer the phone and one appeared to be the manager ! I did the same and threw the items on the counter. The manager gave me a look as if to say you better put those back. UNBELIEVABLE !! and a £60 sale lost. Even though its franchised Rovers are implicated by association, and it makes my blood boil. The sooner Rovers can exit this arrangement the better.

Why do you even get out of bed in the morning ?!

Well a good response today with £15 admission to all areas. But will the club be satisfied? 27+K is a huge improvemnet on recent gates but the ground wasn't full. Also revenew would have been down compared to an 18k gate with higher ticket prices. I wonder if this will influence future promotions and will other clubs take note?

A worrying injury given his recent fittness probs. Either he's crocked and will never regain his fitness or form. Or Brums physio's and medical staff are cowboys and are totally mismanaging Dunny's injury.

Not to mention the Clog & Cheese Rolling Festival !
