  1. What would you rate the window out of 10?
  2. Have a feeling the atmosphere at ewood will be more than simmering very soon… it’s gonna be painful for VI, Pasha and Gestede after this window well done chaps… core team dismantled
  3. Depressing when we’re mentioning former dingle has beens as potential chances for good business
  4. Hope the Hyam deal hasn’t gone through if it has and we have no back up, what the actual fuck are our board and recruitment team thinking? 2 injury prone centre halves, one out suspended … but it’ll get minutes into the youth lads legs jokers 🐓🐓🐓
  5. “Hyam didn’t matched the profile of player Ismael wanted at CB, let the new lads bed in and don’t judge them, we made a profit and he can go to Wrexham Rovers”
  6. Predicting a first draw of the season: 1-1 Would like Gueye to start to tire out the defence a little bit then bring on ohashi or Gudjohnsen. With morishita deliveries would be great to have a big lad up front who can get his head on them…. Big Mak has been capable
  7. The only thing that matters come May is points on the board … not missed opportunities
  8. 36 ish hours left of the window, and so far out of the signings in, Morishita looks a positive buy & his hotel friend Baradji (if and when available) might be the only ones who would have got into last years team. McLaughlin would have maybe been close. Time or not to settle in, there are clear and obvious comparisons to the players they have replaced. Tavares does not look like anything close to matching Travis, let alone an upgrade for example. How can any professional football club sign a player and not understand or know the extent of the injury of that player? Something feels fishy on this one…. Wonder if the agent has any link to Kentaro? Gudjohnsen will wait and see until we’ve seen him in a game (if we get it over the line) - but based on signing players from their stats theyre hardly inspiring and feel like there’s a touch of the Sam Gallaghers about what’s coming
  9. Played 4 league games conceded a penalty in 50% of them
  10. Thank you Buckley for the many wins on “to get booked” on the betting … always a certified yellow in reality though glad to see Buckley go - wasted his time and chances
  11. Very impressed with Cantwell today, a proper captain performance and ran the show. Hedges on the left was like a new player and really liked Alebiousu, got forward a lot and looked great
  12. In recent years this is a game I’d look at and think, a definite point to gain and no reason not to go for all three and full optimism and belief going into it excited to watch the game. There is no excitement for tomorrow or optimism, expecting us to be marginally beat by another team who will likely be fighting to avoid relegation alongside us
  13. Amazed reading the LET comments about Trav leaving…. Has to be plants. a player who bled blue and white and did work hard for the badge - not a mutinous snake if those views resemble even a portion of the views of the wider fanbase we really have hit a low point in humanity and mental capabilities. As soon as a player or manager leaves now suddenly everyone is a greedy snake who we should be glad to be rid of…
  14. A captain, a leader, one grown at Ewood… sold and replaced with a loan (and presumably little intent to actually buy) half a team of proven championship players gone A women’s team gone a sky sports package in blue bar gone waggott gone (a positive in the list) nothing really exciting or proven in… These transfer windows get less and less exciting
  15. Along with the £40m from Wharton, Szmodics, Raya…
  16. Delta, Virtu, Nike, Coral sounds like an ambitious commercial department meanwhile our lot go to one naff Lancashire networking brunch and get a main shirt sponsor from down the road and can’t bring in anything with reach outside of a 25 mile radius of the club (macron as the exception by necessity) edit: JH beat me to it and put it much better
  17. This reads very much as the venky party like being towed
  18. Agreed once the injuries start to hit in Nov/Dec we really will be screwed, if you take some of the players who are more probable bets for a few weeks of treatment out of contention for the 11, it then is one dross team
  19. If we can hire the digital ad boards outside ewood - would happily chip in for a Pasha Out / Gestede Out / Venkys Out ad and of course that lovely quote from Mrs D about respecting Jacks legacy
  20. With Travis and Hyam likely out the door, it doesn’t bode well for them as there’s only Tronstad and Cantwell so far with any reasonable sell on value left to move on to keep the lights on. Carter arguably could be included but is injured so often that I can’t see a decent fee there any more. Should none of our cheap punts work, this time next year looks like it will be a horrible time
  21. Excitement for this one is at a low. Think we will likely set up not to get beat and be very defensive and create nothing going forward and play the game like we’re playing them away Predicting a 2-0 win for Brum, a half effort performance from Tronstad, Tavares to get an early yellow and be dulled, Kargbo and Gueye introduced at 60mins, then a selection of kids at 80mins - snooze fest toth Pickering miller mcloughlin Ribiero Tavares Tronstad alebiosu cantwell de neve ohashi
