And the low crowd of 25,000 incl. 8000 Evertonians and only 20,000 of us left(max) stems out of the unrest and dismantling.So we have won 6 out of 35 home matches(guess) and the support is disillusioned -- whatever Souness did we are left with the wreckage and Hughesy has to stick it all together. Having seen Ali Macleoud to zero person now(Emerton is a right winger) the one that stands out as being worth a season ticket alone is our Damien...one of the 3 gems and the best of them. In order of skill and sheer excitement they would rank(in my humble opinion) Duff Sellars Wilcox(because of Shearer) Brotheston Ali Mac Harrison To me Shearer,Duff and Friedel have been the only 'best in the world' whilst playing for us...though clearly Bob Crompton was and I personally think that Mike England was in 1965. Aren't we lucky and unlike the Mancs more likely to be grateful.

What is depressing is the difference that 2/3 years can make.The 3 gems......Duff,Dunn and jansen were committed,dribblers,entertaining and worth the price of a season ticket for just ONE of them and Duff was the best.
