  1. Of course and that is why fans should have a say in the kit..they are the ones being asked to pay an extortionate price for the product.
  2. Turned me off attending Ewood...the two hat was deliberately taking the pish out of the fans,I had had enough. Never known anything like it before or since.
  3. £55 and £65 walk on tickets to watch a mid table/bottom half side? ....the world's gone mad...'kin ridiculous!
  4. With the greatest of respect that's one very simplistic, almost naive business model to me.Keep hitting the loyal few even if results don't go our way?... even the diehards have a limit I do believe. No Millions for transfers...why not,is that unreasonable to ask of the great ones of Pune?.Are the Raos still living by their ridiculous Champagne tastes on Beer money ideology ? Why we ask is the Manager and Club not being backed by our so called owners.... I digress I know but it's a question that burns deep.
  5. Was 10,500 the figure quoted he wanted sold come kick off time?...we're miles off. 'Increasing revenue substantially in this area'...I really doubt that JeffRover if the increase is minimal!
  6. If we are looking at a figure of around 9,000 sold then that must be disappointing for all concerned.
  7. Looking at the online Seat Booker for the Millwall game and I really don't think we have sold that many more ( if anymore) Season Tickets for the coming season .Vast swaths of seating available in even the 'popular stands' such as BBE and Riverside Sorry Mr Waggot you've really missed an opportunity here.
  8. Didn't go due to work but looked a good workout with an excellent result. Can only agree with others about our new 'Citeh Blue' kit...looks bloody awful!
  9. I dont want the sum total of the coming season to be turgid relegation battle...the warning signs are clear and present. Either back the manager who got you out of a very deep hole Venkys or sell the club.
  10. OH MY LORD....THE SHEER CHEEK AND INCONVENIENCE OF IT!!!!
  11. You mean 'Malvern Green' Perth?...thankfully we have never worn Green. Again, looking closely at that pic you will see some players wearing a Badge to their shirt..I believe that to be the England crest that capped players were allowed to have displayed on their attire and not this fictitious 'Maltese Cross'. All about opinion, all very interesting.
  12. Take a look at the Rovers team pic on that site....its the earliest known photo of a Rovers team. Some players are wearing the Blue halves on different sides. I believe the myth about us having a correct way to wear the halves is just that..a myth.
  13. Its not the way to maximise your walk on count Rev...we need all the support we can muster dont we?
  14. Minimum financial backing for Mowbray...so disappointing after last seasons efforts. Venkys clearly want maximum return for little input, just one big problem...everything they have touched has turned to shyte.
  15. http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Blackburn_Rovers/Blackburn_Rovers.htm The classic round neck shirt of the 60's does it for me...have a replica from Toffs.
  16. When worn in the sun the Halves are almost discernable....awful.
  17. Majority rule! The overall reaction is not positive on the whole.
  18. Thats exactly how it should be done BDS...a choice of designs and colors presented well before season end and given to a fan ballot. The fans are the people being asked to afford £40-50 a pop for Gods sake! The light Blue offers little contrast between our famous halves ..synonymous with our kit and history. Reaction on Facebook overall seemingly negative.
  19. "Sure to prove popular with supporters of all ages" Personally speaking never been a fan of the 'Cambridge Blue' and that sponsor looks bloody awful. Why on Earth dont they consult with the fans/customer base on choice of Kit?.I dont think these will be flying out the Roverstore!
  20. While we are on the subject of stadia how far are we behind the States with design in this Country?......the stunning Indianapolis Colts Lucas oil Stadium.
  21. If an opportunity arose to redevelop the Riverside with outside investment it should be fully supported on all levels.Quite frankly there are better stands in some Div 2 grounds now....its becoming an eyesore tbh.
  22. You will have no problems getting a ticket..doubt if 3,000 home tickets have been sold looking at the online booking choose yer seat system!
