  1. Good luck to Souness.....no malice here.
  2. I see Norwich City have already sold some 18,000 season tickets and expect to sell 20,000 by the start of the season! Whats your guesstimate on how many we'll shift?.Lee is being very coy about releasing ticket numbers sold to date on the official mb.....I really dont know how to interpret that!
  3. Greedy b'stards at boardroom level who are charging fans what they want, simply exploiting the fans loyalty. Its probably right to presume only Wigan will be cheaper than Rovers next season, some will still moan at the prices at Ewood but by christ we fare pretty damn well compared to some!!
  4. The myth that Cole was a lazy player who waited for the ball was/is bull....he won over most Rovers fans in the time he wore the blue 'n' white.
  5. How wrong you are American.
  6. Good luck to the bloke,he did his best for us. BUT.....the act of replacing Andy Cole with him though was the single worst managerial decision of the Souness tenure. It still makes me boil today!
  7. ''after 2 refusals and several emails later the club decided they would let me take my place in jack walker upper central for the princely sum of £570'' Did the club simply refuse you because you applied before the general sales point?.....if not, what reason did they give? You sound like you begrudge paying that price....there are much cheaper options you know!!!
  8. Dillo, show us some pictures of your home town/city.......................
  9. 2k+ at Blackpool,3k+ at Preston......we'll probably get around 1,000 tickets for Stanley if we're lucky! Should be played at Ewood.
  10. Quote by JW in the Citeh matchday programme....... ' We have been very encoraged by the response to our early bird season ticket promotion' I think we can take a positive from that
  11. To be honest I was surprised that it was so close with the Wigan bet in the end. If nob end do win promotion, it will be interesting to see if it has any effect on our gates,I may be wrong but I do believe Deepdale is closer to Ewood than Turd moor is.....or so its looks from the top 'o Darren tower!
  12. The 10 or so Citeh chav gimps making a rush for the lack Walker lower after the final whistle, amazing how brave they become behind a line of police. Pure comedy!!
  13. 7 MILLION!!!!!! .......do we really need reminding It's painful
  14. One last effort to thank the lads for a great season, what else are you going to do?.............turn the flurkin back garden over!
  15. We have our reward...lets hope the Blackburn public show an interest.
  16. Seeing as the amount of Rovers fans that would travel would probably fill the interlink stadium on their own ,would it not be a wise move to play this friendly at Ewood if it happens?
  17. I'm hoping more than 19,000 Rovers fans can be bothered to turn out and give the team and manager the send off they deserve Sigh.
  18. I hope your right Lee because regarless of it being the last game of the season Citeh will not sell 7,500. It will only hit our sales........Sunday is OUR day!
  19. He flatters to deceive, came with a big reputation and looks set to exit with a poor one .......sell and get what we can.
  20. Just a little note to all that tickets will NOT be availiable on the day according to Lee on the official site.
  21. The above really is the sad matter of fact for me......you could hit these stayaway 'fans' over the head with a blue 'n' white mallet and they still would not realise how lucky, how privileged we are in Blackburn to have a small town club, which is fantastically run on all fronts, competing and beating the likes of Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal. We punch well above our weight and every moment should be savoured like its the last.
  22. I have to agree with your point there Theno but if Blackburn folk are as 'impoverished' as is purported how are they affording to guzzle the ale? Another astonishing fact: 7/8/99 Div 1 Rovers v Port Vale 20,530 2/5/06 Prem Rovers v Chelsea 20,243
  23. Last nights attendance was some 3,000 down on last seasons same fixture which was played on a Wednesday night infront of Sky.
