  1. He's 19 and has played like 3 times for Liverpool - he needs a run of games so they'll definitely be loaning him out. A loan fits our business model of not committing serious spending to any assets too, so I'm sure we're well in the hunt. It'll probably be up to Danns to choose where he goes.
  2. So any transfer news or are we still in the middle of the Mowbray apologists speaking out?
  3. The lad that's just scored a hattrick at Old Trafford is the sole reason Sunderland made the Playoffs that year. Thankfully he's not at West Brom this season.
  4. I hope so. What it definitely does is eliminate West Brom from the Playoffs.
  5. I'd love to see their support after 14 years of owners suffocating the life out of their club.
  6. An ex-PL player who is now plying his trade as a rotation player in an unspectacular Championship side? I think that makes my point perfectly, no?
  7. https://x.com/Rovers/status/1879853857850675591
  8. I'd love to sell him and get some of our money back.
  9. I think he needs a rest. I too would love to sign him permanently.
  10. Pears cleaning out their attacker was a penalty (although we didn't get one very similar against Boro), but the CF diving with the goal at his mercy wasn't.
  11. Two thumping headers too. Maybe we should, y'know, cross more balls into the box for our 6'5" CF?
  12. We need pace and trickery out wide more than we need a CF.
  13. That and Dolan is playing on ice skates and Cantwell is coming too deep for the ball. Buckley needs to take charge of the game.
  14. LOL that's atrocious from Weimann.
  15. As I said, a lot of people around me in the Jack Walker were there because they hate Burnley.
  16. Considering he's not a CF it's a bold choice.
  17. The only counter to that - we've lost two games recently where he's started ACD and clearly gone for the win. The Dolan / Hedges defensive solidity seems to work at the moment.
  18. You'd hope so, or else he'd be on the news right now.
  19. Weimann at #9. Good lord. I'm glad I'm playing 5 a side tonight instead.
  20. Personally I'm a big fan of a 3-5-2. Three big, athletic CBs and two big, athletic CFs. It's murder at set pieces.
  21. I'm much more interested in this than Bamford, Wallace, Asante-Thomas.
  22. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
  23. What's behind door number three?
