  1. They'd blatantly let Manchester burn if the Theatre of Dreams was on fire
  2. Disagree with that - he's been employed for an extra 18 months on, what I'd suggest, a larger pay packet. Rather astute move in hindsight as his tenure at Rovers was coming to an abrupt end.
  3. I kind of hope it is, then we've got physical proof the FA is out to get Rovers
  4. Jeez he speaks the truth and gets fined. Ridiculous
  5. When the hel! did he talk to the media?
  6. Pretty good first half, but the holiday fixture list caught up with us in the second half. There were two very tired teams on display towards the end of the game, the centre of our midfield especially. As for ratings, well I'm not going to do those - it was a team performance and nobody really stood out besides Primetime and Bellamy. As for the Bentley criticism, well in my eyes he's come on a hel! of a lot in a short time under Hughes - still nowhere near the finished article, but he's getting there.
  7. That's a few steps in the right direction I feel
  8. Not to mention Champagne Charlie is fighting our corner in the media
  9. The score was a fair reflection of the game. They play crap football, a variation of Bolton's style (with two quick forwards rather than a big lump of a target man), which we seem to handle well. Once we rebuffed their 'attacks' their high tempo game began to wear down and we created chances. In the end it was indeed EASY, EASY, EASY As for Lawro, who knows, its a surprise that he's still employed in all fairness.
  10. ....if they take him off the wage bill
  11. I wouldn't mind him paying back a proportion of the contract he earnt whilst coming back from his foolish injury. He's been done for years, I am shocked it's taken this long for him to leave the club.
  12. That's his one trick though - can't chip/loft, curl, cross or place the ball, but he can thump it. You've gotta love him, he's limited, but tries his heart out.
  13. It's clearly not a very big box you're thinking outside of
  14. I walked into the door today - what's the point of having two sets of automatic doors if one pair is turned off? Heads need to roll
  15. Oh don't worry, I will be at the ticket office first thing in the morning. That's an absolute disgrace and the club should be ashamed of itself. If you can't spare 5,000 pies to fellow Lancastrians well it makes you wonder just what the world is coming to
  16. Public exectutions at the next home match of those responsible, half time preferable. It's the only way to solve the matter I think you'd all agree
  17. More importantly, how good are their pies? They've got to be better than the cr@p they serve at Ewood right, after all that's their namesake - it's what the place is famous for
  18. Kaba Diawara had a knack for hitting the woodwork.
  19. 348, my dad is dragging me along
  20. Did she sound hot
  21. Because they and their fans have made the long journey from Sunderland only to be told the game isn't on two hours before kickoff. The incompetence alone is a good enough reason to give them the points.
  22. I wouldn't blame Sunderland if they demanded a forfeit.
  23. The club has blatantly not turned the system on.
  24. You should've quit when you were ahead.....which was at no point during that post. He's not lightning, I'll grant you that, but he's very quick - more than enough acceleration and top end speed to get past a full back. His problem? He's an athlete playing football, he simply doesn't have a footballing brain. The skill is there (trapping the ball, crossing, dribbling, passing), but his though process is always a second or so behind the defender.
