Mike England, you’re spot on there, but in your own words you don’t know much about Sarr, same as me, you would think if they were going for the calibre of the first two, they obviously didn’t fancy Sarr, otherwise they would have, who must be cheaper than the others.

The two c/backs we were allegedly signing were probably offered 10 k a week, but when a premier club and a Saudi club come in and blow us out the water, how is it Rovers fault? You’ve got to realise all fans are different, you started off watching in 1970 and we lost the game and you said it should have put you off, why, some we win some we lose, but if you’re following a team from your home town probably following after your father and grandfather you support them through thick and thin. Clubs have different owners, managers and players but it’s the club we support, regardless of success and failure. Pretty simple if we can’t afford them before the season starts we have to wait.As I’ve said Boro in same position but for some reason because it’s Warnock it’s ok for them.

Have we signed them this season, no, not sure if you’re aware that this season we are in a world wide pandemic, money is tight....

If we can’t sign players early for whatever reason we will have to wait, not Rovers fault the deadline day has moved, have you replied re why your top boss Warnock has only signed 1 so far, and they have lost a few more than Rovers, to save on wages.

If we have to wait to nearer the end of the window, so be it, nothing new happens every season, when we haven’t tons of dosh to throw around you have to wait until clubs/ players drop their demands.Just like other clubs have to, Preston Boro etc.

You do need to wait until the window closes before keep harping on about a weaker side.

Warnock keeps getting mentioned, so far signed 1 missed out on a couple, similar to us, but we get slaughtered. Boro are in a similar position to us, got rid of a few big earners and cannot just jump in and pay regardless these days. Boro will sign a few more nearer the deadline as I think we will, shame the deadline is way past the start of the season, think we have to judge middle of October how we’ve done in the market.

That might be a good theory to normal rational fans, but that won’t be many fans in reality.

I know what you mean, but also works if it keeps you up, we’ll never know but playing Carter etc instead of Tosin would we have gone down, extremely doubtful but you never know. Would obviously like a permanent C/b and l/b and it looks like we’ve been trying but struggling to get one over the line. Fingers crossed we get the additions shortly.
