I think we have been poor so far, Gamst (missed a virtual open goal) has been woefull and the only shining ray of light has been Bentley. We should have had a penalty!! Nonda shouldnt have got his booking! Yes there goal was a fluke, but they have looked dangerous down there right wing. Tugay's marking was down right stupid for there goal and we have been giving them way too much space when there on the ball and when we have the ball have been allowing them to close us down/sandwich our players. Hope we improve in the second half, but cant for the life of me work out why Sergio Peter is not on the bench?? Bentley has been the only solid player in midfield and yet the only supposed midfielder we have on the bench is the axe??? I do think were in trouble in this game, would love to be prooved wrong. Would love 2-1 to rovers but im thinking if we carry on like this, and the oposition continue with there fluke then were gonna go down 3 nil...

Would be nice to have a good young central attacking minded midfielder to take the premier league by storm though wouldnt it... Just think having Tugay and Savage playing central midfield could provide some problems. I'd also like to add (hesitantly) that we shouldnt be relying to heavily on 2 ageing midfielders (yes there quality) but if one of them gets injured, which is likely considering how many games there playing, there age, and how physical they are as players, we might find ourselves in a sticky pickle...

Im sorry but i just think that maybe this goes to show that our main priority for last summer should have been signing a new central midfielder. I dont know if waiting till the next transfer window is because a) Hughes is waiting for more money from the board or bank, b ) Hughes has somebody in mind and is waiting for there contract to run low or become available at a lower price, c) he is waiting to see how a certain player develops, or d) he doesnt think we need another central midfielder and we can make do with what we got at the moment. I just think we wouldnt be worrying about further injuries if we had even brought a midfielder in on loan before the end of the season. The only choices we have now if either Savage or Tugay get injured is. We put Emerton back on the right of midfield with Bentley in center (which has prooven not to work. We put a youngster in midfield who is untried (is there anybody who is showing signs of true first team talent in the youth ranks/reserves??). We can play Gally on the right with Bentley in the center (which again i dont think is a solid answer. Or even change our formation with 3 in midfield and 3 upfront (simple answer to that one is I DONT THINK SO). I think we should have at least signed someone last summer in case this sort of thing happens... Anyway Reidy get well soon, and for gods sakes dont do any DIY in the next 4 months!!

Its funny, if you'd asked me at the start of the season whether we should have kept Emerton id have said no sell him, but now it seems like he has become an important first team player, and quality on the right of defence. Heck why dont we put Peter on the left of defence, maybe we can have another midfielder make the change to defence and be class!! JOKE Anyway, id love to see Dunn come back to Ewood for the right price as i think he still has allot of potential...! although i do think we should get another central creative midfielder in the next window!!

I have muscular atrophy which means i tire easily and my balance is poor. Reason i attract so many insults is because i speak my mind, or try too! I didnt personally insult anyone today, i didnt say anything about anyone. I tried to enjoy my teams forst win of the season and it got ruined by a select few. All i MEANT to say is i worry about select players becoming too good as this will attract the attention that Damien Duff had when he was here and then we will start to loose our best players again. Maybe i didnt type it in the most correct and well organised way, but i dont think it warrented the torrent of abuse that came soon after.
