  1. Not a chance rehabbing players ‘push themselves too much’ in the U23s, it’s all about getting their fitness up and some sharpness back. The very last thing they and their club want is a relapse of a star player because they’ve overdone it in a youth game.
  2. Why does being a ‘winner’ as player make you a good manager?
  3. Players returning from long term injury are always going to be playing within themselves in U23 rehab games. Personally don’t think you can glean much from them… a little like pre season friendly performances as a collective.
  4. Bruno Fernandes is a ‘first receiver’, according to James Gheerbrant in The Times. So that’s why he’s struggling for form, he’s obviously a rugby player…
  5. In today’s Sunday Times, good lad Souey…
  6. JP is ready for the PL right now for me. If we did pull this off, I’d be straight into Brighton with an offer…
  7. Just watching Quest, thought I was hearing things at first… I mean, how cringe 🤦‍♂️ https://www.bcfc.com/news/matchday/were-going-back-to-small-heath
  8. ‘A right punchable face’… just like Sav. 😅
  9. Booting those balls that some ran on with into the crowd…
  10. Good job Huddersfield didn’t write off going to Fulham…
  11. Your new catchphrase!
  12. BBD was tipped to be a star from a young age. In the England youth set up etc, obviously it took him a little while to get there but the raw talent was there and he’s now delivering at 22. SG on the other hand doesn’t have that pedigree, which is fine, but he still isn’t improving after a fair few years now as a pro…
  13. Good god! Still with this! It’s a figure of speech! 🤦‍♂️ I.e we are struggling to score without BB. Think the board had forgotten about The Chaddy Show. You really need to stop getting involved in debates when you don’t understand what people are saying…
  14. No because the bad run started after Boro.
  15. Can’t get enough of the 90s this lad 😁
  16. Bloody hell Chaddy. He isn’t talking literally (though he is over the last five games) 😅 Obviously we score goals, every team in history has scored goals, but as your stat shows, we are heavily reliant on one (currently injured, and also misses games due to being on the other side of the world four times a season) player. So, of course, a forward needed bringing in, nobody was and we are seeing the results. Unfortunately, Chaddyrovers of brfcs.com being ‘a glass half full person’ ‘having belief’ and what other platitudes you can think of doesn’t change that…
  17. Some classic forum jumping in at the deep end over the last few days; ‘swanning off on holiday, leaving his teammates in the lurch’ 😁
  18. He’d been away on loan a lot by then, but from memory our injuries were so bad he was recalled... still won. 👌
  19. Worst run in front of goal in our history from late January to now, so great insight there…
  20. What a pointlessly patronising post that is.
  21. We went into November and began that cracking run of wins, sitting 12th, so of course, we had won some games pre then or we’d have been bottom. But obviously 12th tells you’d we’d been bang average before November, just like we have post December… so yes two great months.
  22. Oh definitely, and if they were in L1 you could kind of understand it, but 15th in the fourth division, be some ‘journey’ that…
  23. No it doesn’t matter when the points are accrued. But the form of the team does give you pointers - the fact we went on a cracking run, but have been average to poor on either side of it, points to a team merely on a rich vein of form that has now subsided, not a team that is good enough to accrue enough points over 46 games.
  24. Don’t see why we couldn’t have gone abroad for one, in 1996 both Arsenal and Chelsea went down that road.
  25. Just the next two games to go 😥
