No one knew of the Palmer deal which was a welcome addition and a surprise. Nixon did link us to Davenport. Sharpe did link us to Rothwell. Nixon was the one who broke the Gallagher interest.. But Mowbray is playing his cards close to his chest and nothing is leaking which is good and pleasing to see. Only Him, Venus, Harvey, Waggott and Slivester will know about who we are after..

Hugill would be a very good signing here. Would like this as permanent signing. Roberts would be a good loan signing How is it disorganised Stuart. Yes I agree. Surely McKay would have been a better option considering his championship experience and cost. Maybe playing the game and get one cheaper or Mowbray being open and honest again

Good news. Monk will have his work cut out to keep them up. Tough job. Just think McKay is a steal at 500k. Tricky, pacey and knows this league. Hardly a cast off. His stats were good last season. All change when Karanka came in. Looking forward to see who we sign now

Cant say im that bothered tbh. Rather get Armstrong personally. I would take McKay. Similar to Chapman but he has experience in Championship last season. 26 games 5 goals 7 assists..500k is a bargain. Shame we didnt try earlier. Just the type of winger we want. Still at least 3 players need. 1 striker, 1 winger and centre back.
