I have been pushing Tomlinson all season. He was excellent in pre season for the first team. Mahoney is getting better aswell. But I dont think Nyambe is ready for the 1st team yet. But at the end of the day we need a manager who will bring these players through

for me, both Tomlinson and Mahoney should be around the first team/subs. Need a manager who will play the academy players

South Africa are currently playing Against India in India. They seems to have a new side cos I've only heard of 5 or 6 of them. Like De Villers, Amla(who is captain), Steyn, Morkel, Tahir and Du Plessis.

Very disappointed series result in the UAE. But we are playing against South Africa around Christmas in a 4 test match series. I expect Hales to come in for Rashid. Plus I can see Ali being our spinner there. My team would be:- Cook, Hales, Bell, Root, Taylor, Bairstow, Ali, Broad, Plunkett, Anderson, Finn. I haven't pick Stokes or Wood cos I dont think they will be fit enough or injured. If Stokes is fit then he replaces Plunkett and bats at 7

Tbh, I wouldnt be loaning out Tomlinson or Mansell this season. Much better them delevoping at Rovers under our coaching staff.

Looks like Ali will open the batting for England in the UAE. And Rashid will play aswell. With Anderson, Board, Wood and Stokes all playing aswell Not sure if Ali is the answer at the top of the order tbf I would play James Taylor at 5 cos he is good player of spin
