Delighted with the performance, and their commitment, desire and getting a point when down to 10 players. We should be better defensively with their goals but then scored with great strike. The morning after thought, I am very happy we got the Cantwell deal and refreshing to he hear he picked us over others cos of our head coach John Eustace. Overall pleased in terms of players we signed but would have like us to sign a Liam Millar or Sikiri Dembele for the left winger position. Still think we are short at centre back in terms of numbers. Maybe its something might look at hopefully in January Massive fan of Stansfield, but the fees for young players are crazy these days. top half finish, pushing for playoffs this season.

my view on the window overall out of 10, it's a 8.5. 4 permanent signings on long term contract, 2 signings plus a re-sign player and 3 loans. Would have like us to sign Dembele or Millar as a left wing signing. Plus another centre back signing ideally. Eustace, Gestede, Park and Owen have done a very good job in terms of bringing in 9 signings. I can see why people have suggested we need another striker and its a fair point just like mine about not having that 5th centre back. I would have like to spend some more money and bring in Liam Millar or Dembele or Poku but we haven't

Sigurdsson was our second top goalscorer last season. We don't play with a winger on the right but Eustace wants that player to cut inside and allow the right back to the wide right player. That's suit JRC and Weimann and probably Cozier-Duberry Dolan can play in the 10 role, or wide or even up front. Eustace said he wants different options in forward areas and that has been delivered. I would have gone for different players for wingers to sign and spent the money to bring in Sikiri Dembele or Liam Millar or Poku. All 3 would have added quality, skill, pace and ability in the final third plus our players, But's my choice. I'm not a Rovers recruitment employee. I wouldn't say Sigurdsson or Dolan are slow.. I wanted Dembele. He fit the bill for me, Rovers transfer committee didn't agree. For 800k it was a no brainer for me. I think Oxford have got a quality player and cheap as chips. I see Miyoshi has left Birmingham who is another winger/10 I would have gone. Oliver Burke anyone? 😂

is a left winger with pace is what we wanted. instead we signed a right winger who has pace, dribble skills. He could play left. But we are well stock and have a range of options who in those 3 positions behind the 9 striker. I would still like a another centre back in whilst you want another striker in
