I think we will make one signing which I think might be replacement for BBD. Probably from overseas and under the age of 21 given his comments in recent interviews He has said this in the BBC Lancs interview that they posted this week. where has Rich Sharpe said this? -

Rovers would have extensive scouting him, use data analysis to assess the player. Plus, JDT wanted him and was Rovers first choice target. We don't sign players off the cuff, we do properly research, scouting, data analysis, etc before signing players. It is extensive process into coming up with player shortlist and full-time job for the recruitment and data analysis people at Rovers Why not allow him to get match fit when he isn't at the minute and then judge him. -

Rovers give time and patience to managers/head coaches. wrong there, is a post asking for him to go. https://www.brfcs.com/forums/topic/36353-v-cardiff-city-a-04102022/?do=findComment&comment=2380279 worry and concern about our head coach who has us 7th in the league tonight? I thought we would be mid table at best, at this stage of the season, given the new footballing structure and the number of changes to the backroom staff and playing staff Based on my opinion and how I think the rest of the season will go for I think he always wanted since he first came in. I think he wants 3 or 4 weeks on constantly working on it. The World cup break gives us this -

JDT will pick the team you think will have the biggest impact on the game but as you have seen we all pick as our starting 11 and there is some difference in it Rovers playing squad can play either system of 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-3. All the players have played in either system -

The best team idea is out of date for me and its a squad game now where you rotation and play players depending on how you want to play. I bet we would pick different Manchester City starting 11 if we had to choose -

Some people on here want him sack after last night game. Venkys do get rid of managers as they have shown. JDT will still be here next season cos he is deserved to be so. Or maybe the players want to play the system but need more time on the training field to learn and develop the style more! We played 4-2-3-1 formation more and players are involved with the tactics as JDT and GB have both said -

I don't mind Dolan as the 9 when we are pressing high but time after time we didn't yesterday, and I would like to start Hirst now. Ideally you would 3 or 4 in the box if Brittain or Pickering are crossing the ball into the box. What happens if things improve under JDT and we are still 6th come Christmas time? well Mercer, we have to agree to disagree cos I think there is player in Hirst, and I will look forward to proving you wrong. -

All depends who on the pitch at the time and what order of the penalty takers are. I would think BBD is first then possible Hirst then maybe Dolan after Fans have to understand what JDT wants and as he and our director of football Broughton have both said that he needs them on the training ground for long period of time which will happen in November during the world cup cos at the minute its mostly 1 or 2 days on the training field at the minute with it mostly being recovering days and games at the minute. Yes, our tempo and pressing high wasn't good enough which was 2 key parts why we underperformed yesterday. We need more movement ahead of the defending line if we want to play out from the back. There is nothing playing a long ball and mix it up at times or when is necessary -

I'm surprised by that but I will leave it there as we won't agree on that. I would say we were excellent against Blackpool and Watford. We made Swansea a poor team. QPR was more than decent enough performance and West Brom I don't think we rode our luck at all. I don't think we weren't abysmal against Millwall. Its was standard Championship game first half with each team not wanting to give much away. I thought we had a decent second half against Bristol City. Sheff Utd, Luton and Reading were bad performances but like JDT has said we will have bad results and performances along the way in the project -

PL teams don't play in the EFL trophy. The EFL Trophy is annual English association football knockout competition open to the 48 clubs in EFL League One and EFL League Two, the third and fourth tiers of the English football league system and, since the 2016–17 season, 16 under-21 sides from Premier League and EFL Championship clubs. before last night Hirst had 10 Pen scored from 12. Rich Sharpe provided the stats this morning -

Your Pompey mate wasn't convinced by Hirst despite him scoring 15 goals for them in 46 games and being Pompey top scorer. Wow. -

Firstly, no one is getting arrogant! We played well in more than 3 games for me. Yes we had some poor performances like Sheffield United or Luton games, but I would say Both Fulham games, Reading away and Forest game was much worst performances or even the Derby (first half) and Stoke home games were much worse than this season performances. Blackpool game was only, ok? I'm shocked by that response. Watford game we were very good. I have answered your questions posed to me. Venkys or anyone at Rovers isn't sacking JDT when we are 6th in the league after 12 games. -

No, Gregg Broughton first mention about project and what was involved in it right from the start of his appointment. Did you miss all that? I don't mind the way he wants to play and I see it as work in progress as a team. Similar how Farke did it in first season at Norwich where it took time and a season of transition this might be. I like my team pressing high and I would like to much more of this unless we a team like Swansea where we had to play differently and won the game. I think our tempo of passing has been far too slow and we need to use Callum Brittain much way in an attacking outlet. He is a good crosser of a ball, so we need to use him more. Reason why I would like Hirst up front and BBD coming in from the left to finish of those crosses and score goals from it. It's a question you have asked before of me, here my answer (which hasn't change) . https://www.brfcs.com/forums/topic/35339-transfer-window-complete-where’s-gregg/?do=findComment&comment=2372799 no, I wouldn't -

No, He doesn't have to change tack but actually sticking to what he wants to do and get the team used to playing that way by getting them on the training field and keep playing the way he wants. -

so you didn't enjoy the QPR, Blackpool or Watford game where we pressed from the front, did you miss this? Still blaming the owners again for nothing. He will stay in place cos he has the backing of owners CEO, GB and the players plus most fans. Rightly so when we are 6th in the league, some people calling for him to be sack is crazy and embarrassing in my opinion. -

How are we short in midfield when we got 4 good centre midfielders to play 2 positions in Travis, Morton, Buckley and Adam Wharton? Gregg Broughton has said Hirst was our first choice striker target all summer so why don't you believe him and take him at his word? We chased for 6 weeks before we signed him cos of Leicester problems. Hirst and Broughton both confirmed this so what have you got to say this isn't true? Mola isn't it and he got injured a couple of weeks ago, so Rovers are building his fitness back up Szmodics had a decent game last night, almost scored and drop deep when he needed to get the ball.
