Armstrong was sold and the training ground was sold to help us meet FFP requirements as the Armstrong money wasnt enough to not get embargo or restrictions on signings. the year after we had a surplus/budget for few signings hence those 3 good signings made -

I would have liked to see Rovers carry on phase 1 until end of May/Start of June pay day before phase 2 happens. JDT spent around that amount in the 18 months here but after the project changed that second summer and his heart went from it. Eustace had 4m-5m spent during this season and he had us challenging for playoffs place but he was the head coach here but clearly want more of say in transfers than had here. I think these ST packages are more next season, we need the technology in place to allow fans to be allocate that seat. -

commercial the clubs need more sponsors and more local sponsors would be ideal but I would say that at the minute given the finances of alot of companies it isn't viable at the minute. Businesses and families are struggling at the minute out there. I would like a new range of food on the concourse and I will let the club know my feelings shortly. given a few weeks ago, people didn't think we would get to these numbers of ST's sold and people were predicting 3-4k ST's sold. We are now back to similar number we had 7/8 years ago. I welcome Yasir Sufi's comments about having different ST's packages coming forward for people who want to commit to 15 games for example and wants a flexi season ticket. I also welcome the digitalisation of ST for some fans who want them like myself. -

and they just about stayed up and fans are questions Heckingbottom's tactics and now its end of the season, they went to know what the plan is now cos a new squad needs to be build including a new number 1 keeper, wings backs, midfielders, strikers. My friends would like a new coach who plays different way to Heckingbottom and actually play with some wingers. -

That's why clubs have they phases tho to get people to buy early and not later in the summer. I have been saying this for days and people buying early is providing these clubs with cashflow over the summer when there is no match day revenue It might be something they have though off but think people wouldn't go for it. If some people would be happy to pay the amount for ST over 3 months instead of 6 months. You sit here and do plenty of complaining about certain things but do nothing about it. Why don't you tell the club and management how you feel? -

We should be looking to get 2 or 3 signings in before pre season like we did 2 years ago especially in the free agent market, loans won't happen until back end of the window and a couple of cash signings in July/August. It will be interesting where we look for players and I think we look at league 1, French, Portuguese and Belgium markets. But the priority currently need to be new contracts for Brittain, Batth, Tronstad and Travis right now. what are they watching given Carter has been injured for weeks and was only on the bench against Sheffield United? He sounds like the box to box midfielder we want yes it does, we probably get around 100k but if he wants to go and play overseas then fair play to him -

its over 6 or 8 or 10 months I think. with arrangement fee of around £40. That is it I'm sure Rovers would look at that sort of offer if mentioned to them. -

Nicko reporting we are considering signing Sanderson for £1m and we have end of the month to decide whether we will or not. We want to tied down Batth still. Scott Wharton won't be ready for pre season. Also Dolan is considering offers from overseas. Rovers are aiming for six or seven new faces, with Ismael hoping for '90 per cent' to be signed by the first day of pre-season. Hoping is the word Jackson used in this article. yes true but Ismael did say for the pre season camp in Spain as my quotes says -

wasn't his comments actually he wants 90% of the transfer business done by time they travel to Spain in late July for pre season training camp and 2 friendlies? his actual comments "Yes, the training camp is already booked, it's all arranged and organised. "The time will be later in the pre-season because we want to have 90 per cent of the squad there. That will help us to create that connection between the players and the staff and others working at the club. "We want everyone to be together and that will create the feeling that we are all together for the season ahead." Blackburn's pre-season plans after talks with two opponents | Lancashire Telegraph -

The real world RF99, some people on here know what I have been through personally with my missus illness and still going through now even she is getting better and the mend slowly, so I would be very careful with your comments like this. I also know that the NIC increase has hit jobs and investments into businesses as I know from my own personal experience recently. Rovers are a business at the end of the day. Time you learn this We almost went down 12 months and now we almost got a playoff place 12 months on a £4-5m spend. Yes we all aware the issues behind the scenes/ownership every club does phases regarding ST cos they want that early cashflow in the summer when there is no income from match days revenue. Rovers ST sales are been similar over a number of years and they haven't changed much. Yes I have criticise the commercial side of the club and will continue to do so when it is justify to do AND I WILL DEFEND MY CLUB WHEN JUSTIFY aswell. -

do you know how much energy cost and NIC increase have gone up for Rovers. Our fan base dwindles? really? The fan base is there but fans won't commit to ST for a range of different issues like work commitments, family commitments, cost of STH, Budget reasons. Not everyone works a 9-5 job like yourself but many people work nights or weekends. I currently work nights and have done for the past 5 years as it suits me, my family and my commitments, nights games are somewhat a problem for me given I would have sleep 3-4 hours less in order to attend home games but I just get on with it and attend the games cos I loved Rovers and watching my team play. We seen fans turned out for games like PNE, Burnley and Derby home games, the home game against Derby was a great atmosphere Our season tickets is roughly the same it was back in 2017. I was pleased to hear Yasir Sufi mentioned during his interview with Elliott Jackson mentioned about having different ST's coming soon where it was for example 15 games one for people who can't attend 23 games a season like myself. the fanbase is angry? is it? based on what? Some fans aren't and some are. some fans think we massive over achieved this season and some are looking forward to next season.
