far to early to make predictions on where I think we will finish when we will make signings and whether BBD leaves or not. Where we finish last season has no bearing on this coming season when the championship is very different with different teams in the league, playing squad very different and a number of managerial changes for a number of examples.

Based on the talent, performances I've seen, whether the have physical attributes for the championship. I like Jack Vale movement whether its coming short or looking to run in behind and his attribute of closing down. He looks like working on his strength from the Stanley game and from a number of games he can finish and score goals. Jake Garrett like a tackle and get's stuck in which is his game but he has ability to make good passers and can switch play Ash Phillips, He is England international defender at his age group, he tall, positional looks good from what I have seen.

I have spoken to some people who have meet Steve Waggott so I have some background into him and I know what to expect.

I have been sat in the same seat for years now so I agree with you that as long as it admits me into the ground I'm not bothered over a new card or use the exist card

No surprised that some people will want to criticise myself already before the meeting even taken place. Tbh, I expected it coming much sooner I will think carefully about being open again with this messageboard about such meetings or discussions from them. It's not worth the bother from my viewpoint

No I am not inferring that we can't sign players at all so god knows where you get them from but Gregg Broughton job is to improve and appoint new staff to every department under his control. We have been looking to sign players but we do need a new head of recruitment to replace John Park. He has no reason to lie don't he and why wouldn't he tell the truth to a straight forward and simple question Gregg Broughton shouldn't be doing interviews now. His focus should be bringing in new players and new staff and supporting JDT. Leave JDT to comment on transfers and everything else. JDT comment is right. Well I think we heard more than enough from GB and JDT since coming in. We shouldn't expect a weekly or daily update Mercer, Waggott rearranging that meeting wasn't a problem so stop making such a massive issues out of not one. Since last season, I think the communicate from Rovers has been much improve and much better than previous seasons. So we are improving that side of the club.

JDT has told you the truth about what is going on with our transfer but far too many of you are going into panic mode cos we haven't made one signing yet. JDT has said patience is needed. Maybe some people listen to him and calm down

do we really need a weekly interview with him every week? GB shouldn't be doing interviews every week or months but at the end of each transfer window and end of the season. That it. How many times do you hear from Man City Director of football or Norwich City Sporting Director? rarely JDT has answered transfer questions post match of the last 2 games.

New signings will happen. People need to just calm down and stop going into panic mode Gregg Broughton was brought in to be director of football and runs the footballing side of the club including the recruitment department which need new staff including a new recruitment chief

Jon Dahl Tomasson has told the fans and media that Rovers are very busy trying to bring in the new signings and he will continue to focus on coaching the team whilst Gregg Broughton and his recruitment team bringing in new signings and new staff cos we need a new head of recruitment and new recruitment/scouting staff. Cos they are having supply issues from getting stock from the far east to Europe/UK I believe but I will ask about this when I have meeting with Steve Waggott on Monday Afternoon

We have some good young players in the under 21/academy players so I see JDT wanted to get to know them, watch them play and then used some of them in the first team squad like Ash Phillips, Jack Vale and Jake Garrett. Those 3 I think are ready for first team. The Daily Mail is saying it could be permanent move for Ben Davies. Also I think Ben Brereton Diaz will be gone shortly and probably to Leeds for around 20 million, so hopefully we get some of that to spend and then the rest towards the debt cover
