  1. sometimes that happens in order to get result. maybe he should have stubborn and stuck to 4-2-3-1 and not change like some previous head coaches have done
  2. You could say that for Crawley, Duckett and Pope, but who is knocking on the door in county cricket? who are the openers/top order batsmen challenging those 3? I think this bit is where people misunderstand what Stokes and McCullum actually want changing it all again isn't what we need but I think keeping Key and McCullum would be wise and sensible move, with maybe Brook becoming Test captain would be way forward
  3. sometimes you needed to change formation and pick up results. The squad was built for 4-2-3-1 formation and that changes results in good away wins.
  4. @roversfan99 and @sharpysharps86 Don't you seriously think I don't what last season team was and this season team then you clearly don't know myself as poster then
  5. We will win this. We played last season and won 4-1 which was our best performance under Ismael last season. I would change to 4-2-3-1 personally but I dont expect Ismael to do so. Expect either TGH or Morishita at right wing back. Hopefully Toth and Hedges will be back for this
  6. I hope not but it does feel like this team will need a revamp after the Ashes Maybe a new opening batter to replace Crawley, maybe a new number 3 unless Stokes goes there, find a spinner that the Captain and Head coach, new pace bowlers. Plus the future of Stokes as Captain and McCullum as head coach.
  7. only 1 change FFS. Tongue for Atkinson. We have backed Bashir for 3 years and said he would be number 1 spinner in the ashes, now not playing. I would have drop Pope for Bashir and Potts for Carse
  8. He wanted the job. Celtic board wanted to go for another direction. Stupid move Nancy has come in with a similar approach to Amorim that this is my system(3-4-3) with no plan B. Celtic fans won't put up with this much longer I bet. O'Neil back there for next season, wonder what then odds are on that
  9. 2 nil Rovers Toth Miller Litherland McL Pickering Tronstad TGH Morishita Cantwell Hedges Ohashi Subs:- Pears, Pratt, Tavares, Baradji, Ribeiro, Gudjohnsen, Tyjon, Henriksson, Powell
  10. Nope. Given what I have posted over the months and years the question was already answered but I dont not believe in breaking the law to make your like someone is advocating on here. Its on those who choose to do so. How you get the owners get sell is a point no-one can give my answer. Attendances down over the years, drop to league 1, had offers of help and supports from people, had people inquiry and put bids in all rejected. We seem protests, walk out during games but nothing has changed. Anyway that's my final comments in this thread
  11. Still broke the law and face the consequences as anyone should when they break the law. That's is what you are calling for, people breaking the law. And you think that would be the same plus add the new law that come in this parliament. these people will know plenty. Plus Blackburn MP or Tim Farron could ask questions in Parliament about the ownership including during PMQ's or UQ. They could say anything and not face any legal action but dont. Wonder why? I feel that's the best way to act to get them. Sheffield MP Clive Betts asked questions during PMQ's and Culture, Media and Sport sessions about the Sheffield Wednesday owner. Its was HRMC that bought him down.
  12. Like I said do your own research pal No respect and thoughts for others. Exactly what I thought. Dont complain when you get a criminal record and banning orders for Breaking the law. That sort of stuff isn't right. Just dont attend the games Really?.
  13. Do your research KidderStreetNoise? All available on a Google search Look forward to seeing you run on the pitch during Millwall game. No respect for other opinions. What about Disabled supporters or elderly ones. Very different situations Kidders plus the owners were here and in this country. Are Venkys? So Rovers legends like Garner, Shearer, Atkins, Friedel, Dunn, King Kenny are all covered by NDA?
  14. If my opinion had change, I would post it Mark. Think we are better off backing him in January and go from there.
  15. Bunting very lucky yesterday
  16. The point being neither MP raise anything about Rovers ownership during any Footballing governance bill session or even culture, media, sport session. Why not try to the culture, media and Sport Secretary or sport minister to write to the owners? Even ask a question during PMQS and get the Prime Minister to comment on the record about it, even ask him to sent a letter to the owners?
  17. Nope. I was clearly talking Gueye and the fact he hasn't impact any game this season positively given the comment I quoted
  18. Yet again, we are back to this discussion that we had before.. A club management will decide what type of head coach who fits into club strategy/philosophy then go interview and appoint someone. So for example, you wouldn't appoint a head coach who didnt develop young players and bring them through if that's one of key part of your transfer strategy. The Forest situation was my point. You had a counter attacking head coach then you got rid and appoint very attacking head coach then with a number of games, you change again for a more pragmatic head coach. That's the sort of head coach that's suit the squad. Also your transfers, some new players have been like Hutchinson, Ndoye, Jesus, etc but they also sign players with a eye on next season and beyond.
  19. Still fully entitled to read and comment in the thread, Exactly, they expect people to put their jobs and family at risk, maybe certain people need to serious think about. Only in summer 25,some Burnley fans got banning orders for running on the pitch at end of last season. Of course I would be pissed off about another game being abandoned again, meaning another rearrangement probably another midweek game. What about the effects on disability or elderly fans? How is running on the pitch challenging the Rovers owners and senior management? Also why hasn't the Blackburn MP or Rovers fan Tim Farron asked a question about Rovers owners during a Culture, Media and Sport session or even a Urgent question. They never mentioned anything about Rovers during the Football governance bill. Also why does any ex Rovers player or legend never ever question the ownership?
  20. It would have been interesting to see Waggott would have appoint if it was sole responsible to do so
  21. We will always be looking in all markets anyway whoever the DoF was. We always have
  22. Your posts suggested that players signed here is all down to Gestede when actually there is alot more to it than that. Wrong. Clubs have structures in play and a way they want to play or policies about signings, so you appoint a head coach that's fit into that structure, the squad he have to play. Look at the Forest situation this season as Prime example I think from what Ismael, JDT and Mowbray plus GB that you are picking a shortlist of 3 to 5 players that the scouting staff that fit the type of player you what from that position Ismael has spoken alot about profiles of players from each position he wanted a signing him and what qualities he wanted. Like the Morishita or Baradji signing I think a Director of Football/head coach structure is the right way to run the footballing side and build the club on that structure. on Gestede, Nothing against him but I think we need an experience DoF who has vast range of experience and knowledge of the European/World market in we are going to follow this path. That's fine
  23. Another great day of Darts. Enjoying the tournament so far
