Wouldn't surprise me him going there but won't he want to take Sweden to the world cup first tho? Can see Rob Edwards going there tho if I was Boro I would be looking at Stockport County manager Dave Challinor -

Players are on holiday. Some movement has in the transfer market but it's minimal so far. -
Don't agree with Spurs decision to sacked Ange. After winning a trophy they should have back him not sack him. Looks like Thomas Frank is the favourite for the job

I think the training kit is smart and decent. We voted on the kits for this season via club survey https://x.com/Rovers/status/1699092776623759864?s=19 -

Yuri Ribeiro I meant Have I ever said that? Didn't Ismael say by the Spanish pre season camp late July? I think we have a couple in by them but not all. Maybe 3 out of the 6 or 7 signings Ismael wanted -

But he was with the new owners for 18 months showing them the ropes and how football works. The Owner Tom Warner is here watching games, interacting with fans of the club, understanding the fans but also has big plans for the stadium rebuild and expansion. Venkys have had 15 years. They could have rebuild the Riverside stand and make more disabled friendly when wheel chair uses can have a higher view of the pitch like Wigan do. -

Owners with a proper plan and appoint a good CEO in Garry Cook. Venkys have different opportunities to do this and didn't. -

100% agree. He didn't rate Eustace 12 months and now he is messiah to him Bruno Riberio did but you point is correct. Gestede should have been getting our key players tied down during the season. -

I totally agree Dom. The Owner/CEO should run the show and people under them answer to the Owner/CEO. Simple structure is need here Owner/CEO with deputy CEO under that with a couple of directors on the board like Financial director and non-executive directors then the head of department reporting the Owner/CEO and the board. Agree? He's been doing it since he was appointed here COO. -

They split the club into 3. They want CEO to run the Administration side of the club, Pasha to run the commercial side of the club and Gestede to run the football operations side of the club. -

That is where yet again Mike you are misinterpret my comments. Mike, like I said different people have different commitments and different situations. I have been very open and honest that Rovers is my main social activity and that I can make every home game without other commitments getting in the way of my attending games at Ewood Park -
very true but it was win. Confidence is high at the minute and we need to just carry this on

We have always develop our own players and we should carry this on for the future. Yes I question you over your comments about academy players because you are very quick to point out their negatives and what they didn't do which is always your focus in my opinion. We see when the season how much our academy players play but I don't what is wrong with have 3 players who one is very highly rated and chased by big PL clubs and 2 players who played last season show their worth for me. -
Surely that depends on which club he signs for? You assume it will be better club than us. You assume we haven't him a decent enough wage package. Depends what he wants and it's sound like he wants a PL move which I don't see happening for him

I dont see that as set target but we want to see our Academy players play more when they are ready. I have named 3 young players I want to see in our first team squad this season. Plus I want to see Michalski as third choice -
Steven Croft as head coach has turned Lancashire's fortunes around. 3 wins from 3 in T20 blast

Where has Gestede said its the target? He has said we would like to go back to producing our own players from own academy Rovers will also look to sign younger players and maximise their Academy, to build sellable assets. That was part of the discussion when appointing Valerien Ismael and a value Blackburn want to return to. "You have to rely on the Academy also, Adam Wharton is an example. He is a rare one but you can do business with the Academy with player-trading," he explained. "What we have seen in the last year, the minutes played by our Academy players has dropped drastically. We used to be over 2,000 minutes for Under-23 Academy players. Last 12 months, 142 minutes. "That affects the value of the asset and we want to go back to that model. That was part of the discussions with Valerien. They have to be part of your squad planning. "We will also go in the market for young players. Instead of one-year deals for players at a certain age, you go younger and buy the assets. You don't have to buy an asset for Β£5million, it can be a lower fee with more resale value. That's an exciting time going into the summer. We have to refresh the squad with loans and players out of contract. Now is the right time. "We want to develop players, give a platform for Academy players to shine and attract young players to be on the pitch for Blackburn."
