  1. Fair enough and thanks for the reply to that question. Do you know who would support him coming in? Given thats there is only 3 people within that Hierarchy that being Waggott, Cheston and Slivester. Sorry to hear that you don't follow football the same. I am a big fan of Cooper and think Forest has made a very good appointment there by their new CEO Dane Murphy who also I am fan of and the number of changes he has made to the Forest staff in terms of recruitment staff and their transfer policy. Would have like us to move for Dane Murphy before he joined Forest to replace Waggott. I have my own shortlist in my mind of who I would replace Mowbray if that decision was made by the owners. But we see what happens in the coming weeks and months.
  2. I am more than willing fair criticism of Mowbray and his staff. But I think you knit-panicking cos you seen one manager doing it this way you expect Mowbray to do it. Klopp and Guardiola are the only one who stand on the touchline in games from what I have seen. Should they adopt Neil Critchley way now? I get the feeling that you wouldn't mind him replacing Mowbray if that was an option. is this correct?
  3. I think it was much sooner then that. Reading away game(2nd March 2021) cos his pre and post match interviews was very weird and strange comments. It almost like tried to get him sack and wanted to bring in a different manager who different style of play and tactics. Yes I remember you and others posting the info which I have more than grateful of you doing so and hope you continue to posted any info you get whether its wrong or right. Well why wouldn't you still not write Neil off becoming Rovers manager? I think he might be in line for Boro job if Warnock is sack shortly Who would be your choice to replace Mowbray? But you have said this in a previous post "there's been too much 'noise' since early April for Mowbray to be given an extended contract." Its the first time I've seen you post this so I am asking what noises have you hearing and from where? I think its too early to be given him an extend contract and I would rather wait until next March or April before deciding his future.
  4. well I haven't see it open for years now. I can understand the last 18 months with the pandemic we have to deal with it being close. Maybe someone on the fans forum can asked the question about the BRIC and is it still open and used. But I was talking modern indoor facility which Schools, local football clubs, a group of friends could used during the week aswell on Match days. I posted the story of when we went the BRIC and the evening game with my Primary School. But I haven't seen that many years before the pandemic from what I can remember
  5. Can I asked how you played against Norwich and was a point a fair results? is Dyche still playing the same tactics and formation as last season? Where are those fixtures home or away?
  6. No I don't find strange that Lowe and Johnson don't go on the touchline and give instructions. Mostly its Mowbray who on the touchline with the odd time being Venus. When you watch other teams its always the manager/head coach who is there given instructions to the players. All because one manager and his coaching staff do it differently we must all change and follow them
  7. Maglorie was poor and caught out a few times positional. For the first goal he didn't need to come in so far with the Blackpool player Anderson(10) but Ayala should have gone over and cover Lavery more and not allow him a couple yards of space. When Maglorie went inside it left Lavery more space cos he runs of Ayala. Magloire should be showing Anderson on to his left foot but allowing him on his right foot
  8. is there any creditable potential buyers who wants to buy the club currently? Whoever would want to buy the club would be willing to fund the losses cos with a club of our size they will always be there until we got to the PL. What would like to see any new owners do 1. Appoint an experience football CEO. 2. Appoint a head of football operations who will run the footballing side of the club including the next manager/head coach, recruitment staff, etc. 3. Keep investing in the academy and make sure it is key part of any future plans at the club 4. Improve and modernise Ewood Park. Re paint the stadium, clean the outside of the stadium, More better speaker and TV screens. Offer free wifi to all supporters on match day within the stadium 5. Bring in a a more affordable ticket prices to attract more fans to the club whether its new fans or fans to return back to the club. 6. better quality food within the stadium at reasonable prices and more choice of alcohol for those who want to do that at games(I dont btw but seen others commented on lack of choice) 7. Improve the commercial side of the club by attract more sponsors to the club. 8. Would like to see a new indoor football centre open behind the Darwen stand where the club can open for community use and have schools come to play a few games before going to a game to watch the Rovers. I remember doing this when I was at Primary School back in the 90's. I still memories from those days now. 9. More engagements with Schools, Community centres, social care centres including the elderly to offer these them merchandise, shirts, books, day outs at the club, etc. COYB! We Are the Rovers Rovers till I die
  9. Maybe they met in Switzxerland where they have Businesses Interests there. I don't know whether it will be all of the owners or just Balaji. I just don't know what the Quarantine rules are in India or UK travelling from India. But I was told by someone I trust that he believe that Mowbray is off to India during this international break Mowbray was shouting and given instructions from the touchline at the Blackpool game. I've seen the Sky Highlights which show him doing it what I said above. You never seen Lowe or Johnson on the touchline which I don;t find this strange cos it will always been the manager who does most of the Who knows what will happen in the meetings with the owners. What gossip Mercer apart from you suggesting for 9 months that Alex Neil was incoming here which according to Gav was false from what he was told? So you now suggesting that you have been heating for 6 months that Mowbray will be given an extended contract? We have seen people posting on here that Waggott tried to get rid of Mowbray last season and I reckon it was around the Reading game given the Mowbray strange interview and comments around the Reading away game.
  10. I believe Mowbray will be off to India this week. Probably on his way already with Waggott.
  11. Lambert never trusted Venkys and thats why he wanted that release clause in place. tbh, I don't think Venkys ever really trusted him after this moment. The working relationship were never going to last to be honest. Fair enough. I think Bowyer did a great job in stability the club after the fiasco of Shebby, Kean, Berg, Agnew, Shaw and Appleton in 1 season. On Mowbray, I think his first 2 full seasons were a success. But last season was massive failure with the backing he had and the squad he had. That should have resulted in a change of manager but that hasn;t happened and he remains in charge.
  12. Was Lambert a bad appointment? or Bowyer? or Mowbray?
  13. really. He has been Rovers main goalscorer and proved his worth in the games. 10 goals in 11 league games this season Here is Ben Brereton interview who explained that he won't be back in the UK until Friday night. Might be option on bench for the Coventry game. Plus Chile play at Venezuela on 15th Oct at 1am UK time.
  14. Is Mowbray is off to India this week to meet the owners? Since our next game isn't to next Saturday the 17th October, and some of the first team players have been few days off..
  15. Brereton set to play in all 3 games for Chile and will miss the Coventry game https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19622244.blackburn-rovers-strike-new-agreement-chile-ben-brereton/
  16. Has anyone watched Billions on Sky yet? Watched the First 4 seasons and its been brilliant to watch. Damien Lewis is a good actor. On to 5th season now.. Anyone watched Cobra on Sky one/demand yer? Brilliant season..Well season 2 is on from 15th October
  17. It's seems that Boro Fans at yesterday game were calling for Warnock to be sack towards end of the Hull game https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/neil-warnock-responds-as-middlesbrough-fans-call-for-his-dismissal/ https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/time-to-go-will-not-change-the-issues-these-middlesbrough-fans-debate-key-figure-after-latest-setback/
  18. Josh Maja back in training with his French team Bordeaux now Tweets with replies by Josh Maja (@joshmaja) / Twitter or Josh Maja (@joshmaja) • Instagram photos and videos
  19. Delighted that Rovers fans have voted for Brereton
  20. 9 months this has been going on for. Must be walking the long way around Blackburn to Ewood Park to sign that contract to become Rovers manager/head coach
  21. actually he signed for Coventry permanently in the summer for around a million pound. Looks a good signing so far.
  22. 2 very good games on Sky Sports today. Palace and Leicester was very enjoyable to watch and ended 2-2. Liverpool and Manchester City was great game for the neutral to watch and Foden was the best player on the pitch for me. Played with such maturely, intelligent and quality.
  23. Will Brereton definitely miss the Coventry game? I think Brereton can play either role to be honest and his 10 goals so far proved this. He had more of impact yesterday from playing up front then he did wide left. Agree?
  24. Here is Chelsea match report plus over 3 minutes highlights of the game in the report https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/2021/10/03/pl2-report--chelsea-0-blackburn-rovers-1?cardIndex=0-1
