Premier League season 21/22

I love watching PL football and I would love Rovers to be back in the PL. I haven't watched Champions league for years. Zero interested in it and don't like the format at all -

Souttar would be coming here as starter not a 5th choice. He is Scottish International player. If he does replace Lenihan then Pratt would be 6th choice with Souttar/Lenihan, Ayala, Wharton, Carter and Philips all ahead of Pratt. I'm sure we are looking at right wing backs for next season. -

Pratt isn't ready for first team football with us. And wouldnt be 5th choice cos we already 5 players in front of him like Lenihan, Ayala, Wharton,.Carter and Philips How is Souttar costing a fee when he is signing on free. All you are paying for is wages and signing on fee for a Scottish International player. We might need a right wing back for next season if Nyambe leaves -

It's between 3 teams at the top which will be interesting and entertaining for the natural. We will have to agree to disagree but I rather what Premier league every Week then the Champions league which I haven't watched for years now. The Champions league structure is wrong and has been since its gone this way -

You are focusing on their nationality not me. But it's time any football managers regardless of nationality should respect our footballing structure. Wrong..Manchester United finished second last season so couldn't have this poor attitude could they? Signing Ronaldo will be Mistake by them. Said it at the time. Its upset the dressing room and OGS Job -

I have only ever seen him play centre back and is someone I suggestion over 2 years to someone we could be signing. Not sure Pratt will be first team next season but lets say we sign Souttar and Lenihan stays. We will have Souttar, Lenihan, Wharton, Carter, Ayala and Philips. Bradley Johnson will leave this summer and rightly so. Should have gone last summer -

I think you are totally wrong there. Plenty of quality in clubs below top 6 clubs. Newcastle outplayed Manchester United tonight. But how much have United spent on those players and wages spent. Ronaldo and Fernandes attitude tonight was pathetic and sulking like babies. -

The Champions League is all about money for the clubs involved and nothing more. Its time it went back to being only league champions in the Champions league, then UEFA cup and then cup's winners cup. Do you ever see them or watch it when it was like that? I have named you several things. I will list them again. Scrap All UEFA club competitions group stages and make them knock out competitions, get rid of Nations league and pointless international games, Another pointless tournament to be honest. Not needed. Just reduced the games I find it ridiculous the way you always defend them over these comments. The point is that these managers have chosen to manage in this country and they SHOULD respect our footballing structure. Just like If I was managing in Germany or Spain I would totally respect their footballing structure and when ask those of questions I would said I am here to win matches and coach my team, and I totally respect their footballing structure here Also I find it funny when these football amangers like Klopp or Tuchel complain about the amount of games they don't suggest cutting the number Europe matches or get rid of international games. Wonder why they don't? money? -

Why only if Lenihan leaves when Ayala is in jury prone and Van Hecke on loan. Maybe line up as Van Hecke replacement. Souttar is a Scottish international aswell Yes Kaminski is up this summer BUT Rovers have a 12 months club option to extend his contract. -

Manchester United have been woeful tonight and not sure their players are suited to Rangnick's tactics but it will take time I guess Why would Manchester United be without David Da Gea? Think Newcastle deserve to win this game tonight and I think Howe has got them playing well and fighting for the club. Add 4 or 5 quality players in January and I think they will deffo stay up. -

Any PL or football manager should get on with their job and stop complaining about the football structure of our game regardless of nationality and respect that is our structure is. Would you support getting rid of Champions League/Europa games group games and make it a proper knockout tournment like pre 90's plus get rid of nations league and pointless International football games? -

I sat in the Blackburn end and I can say the back corner of Blackburn End in N01 area is standing. I have a couple of friends who seats are in that area. Away game support is excellent -

if winning the league cup got you a champions league place then they wouldn't be moaning and complaining about it -

agreed. You can either play a style that's suits your players or you signed players to fit that style. Mowbray might want to play possession style but never really signed players to suit that style of players. Our current style of play suits our players and think Counter attacking suits us. -

would you return permanently if we had permanent area for standing and your season ticket was allocation for that area? I can apprenticed that you miss the older days but given the last few years I am more interest in watching the lunch time game and getting a burger pre match then talking to friends and people who sat around me. Thats just me. Some people like a few pints before the game and live music before a game. Everyone is different and I can apprentice different views -

you can still play 3 at the back and play possession football. But I don't think we have the squad to play 3 at the back given the injuries, squad options in midfield and attacks, etc -

I would show more respect for the country footballing structure and get on with my job of coaching the club I was in charge of Why didn't Tuchel and Rangnick say get rid of the Champions League group games and make it a knockout tournament like it used to be and was far more better to watch and these pointless International breaks and reduce the games played by international teams? -

We have to disagree cos I don't think we have a options for back 3 given injuries, make up the playing squad, too many midfielders and no proper left wing back option either -

thanks @4000 HOLESfor becoming member of the site and posting yours views. I am very passionate Rovers fan who doesn't sing at all but shouts, encourages, clap and applaud the players on the pitch. I don't enjoy singing as I rather to friends about the game, and Rovers related stuff. Been a season ticket for over 20 years now and I loved going to Rovers games and during the Pandemic I totally missed attending games and it affected me badly. Did you see the comments I posted from Travis who said this season atmosphere has been the best since he been in the first team? The 90's atmosphere was very good from what I can remember and I started going in 93/94 season I think the atmosphere through the Mark Hughes;s era was excellent. But under Ince and Allardyce time at the club the atmosphere wasn't the same. I would have no problem having a standing area for fans who want to stand up for the game.
