I don't disagree that our performance was poor but after an international break(again) plus Holtby out for paternity reasons, Rothwell and Williams having to self isolated. The midfield 3 look like it hasn't been worked out so thats would suggest those 3 werent down to start the game before Rothwell self isolated problem. -

It was genuine point as you don't enjoy the performances unless we win. We performed well at Bournemouth and Newcastle games. Well I didn't buy a season ticket due to being made redundant when they went on sale originally if you remember properly. Now with it looking increasing likely we won't be in stadium before March at the earlier. I not a fan of the Live I follow coverage and the time delay with the service. Now if you want to watch I follow coverage of Rovers that is fine with me But I know people who arent interested in watching Rovers this way. Yesterday I didn't watch or listen live to any of Forest game just for record. Forest manager has said they got a lucky deflection with their goal that was heading for nil nil all day long. -

Well looking at Holtby's Instagram post today he is still in Germany -
Billy Barr doing a very good job of the under 23's level. Some good prospects at that level for the 1st team in the coming seasons

It doesn't matter how far your family is away from you. It will affect him personally. Family should always come first before work which football is. -

I said I would like us to gone 2 up front as a plan B option, But no guaranteed that it would have change the result at all. It would be interested to see Gallagher's heat map on his positional yesterday. The onus is both sides to be honest cos no games feel like normal home games as we have seen this weekend with only one home win in the entire league. With no fans instead, atmosphere is dead, No encouragement from fans. Cardiff and Forest are two very different teams for me. You cannot dominated every game and expect every players to be on song every game. But you do. Cardiff are a very solid team thats can play only 1 way. You failed to get Cardiff the credit they deserve for their performance. I do wonder at times what joy you get out of watching Rovers with your constantly criticism of the team, Mowbray and certain players. We didn't lose the Forest game cos of performance, tactics or effort but a lucky deflected goal. -

2 different games for me. We sadly don't know how either would have gone. I think it would be very different with both on the pitch. for Me, Mowbray's tactics aren't the reason we lost yesterday at all. So that is very inaccurate to imply that at all. Chapman went central to run and dribble at them from the centre of the pitch similar to Rothwell role. You are very good with the hyperbole language. -

well thats very easy for you to say. Espically when we don't know on circumstances why Mowbray allowed Holtby extra time off and with his wife staying in Germany and Holtby been over here. Its going to while until he sees his wife and child again -

depends on the circumstance of his wife and the birth. Plus with his missus staying in Germany, Holtby won't see them again for while. I don't see back for this game. -

delighted to see Preston lose today. Squad looks like it need a few signings this transfer window to help the squad this season. He didn't get the signings or funding he wanted -

Having watched the game for the1st time. Only found out the result yesterday evening. We badly missed Holtby and Rothwell. Holtby for his passing quick and eye for pass and Rothwell running and dribble ability. Buckley couldn't provide the spark need. Our back 4 were solid and look good defensive. Kaminski good. Had nil nil all over it until their lucky deflected gola Would have like us to gone 4-4-2 in game second half with Gallagher and Armstrong up front I can understand why Trybull and Douglas weren't on bench. Probably not even had a training session with the players yet. Elliott and Pears weren't signed in time for game with cut off time 12pm Friday dinnertime. -

Not subdued at all. Pleased Mowbray got the players he wanted. I don't know much Trybull or Elloitt tbh. Ayala is a good signing. Think we did well. Let's hope it enough to get top 6 this season If you mean I'm not posted regularly on here todah. That's cos I now work nights so been asleep through most of the day.

Looks like Swansea have signed Ryan Manning for 250k. Why didnt Mowbray sign him instead of Doulgas who I like we signed btw even tho I am concerned over his injury record.

@Mercer, can I asked what happened to this tipping point and cutbacks of 15 to 20 million this summer?

Can you name the player and the team it was from?

Budget cuts. Plus academy players coming there. Sold Boyle and Lowe. Not invested much of back into the team apart from Marshall and Byrne Very surprised Marriott left on loan. No strikers there. -
You make a good points there. We had a good transfer window. Bristol City and Birmingham look to make some good signings. Forest have made 14/15 signings. So interest how Hughton sort all that out. Swansea had a good window despite having to make budget cuts. Some good loans like Gibbs-White. They signed 4 loaned players. Similar to last season. Sheffield Wednesday have made some decent signings Not sure on Cardiff has where does Wilson play? Derby have cut the budget there. Alot of academy players in squad..no proper striker there. Huddersfield strange window. Again massive cut backs under a new unknown head coach. Preston no investment in squad. Surprise Bournemouth didnt invest more. Warnock struggled to sign his targets today and all window.at Boro

I meant 6 players for the front 3 positions. My apologies. Armstrong, Dolan, Brereton, Dack, Gallagher, Chapman were the 6 options I was talking about. Now we have Elliott. Me being negative? ? Thanks for the comments

What a busy transfer deadline day for Rovers. 4 in and 2 out. Trybull I dont know much about him tbh..is he ball winning midfielder or passing one? Douglas is a good signing. Worried about his injuries but hopefully that does happen here. Elliott. Isn't he a left footed winger who played on the right wing? Surprise we gone for a winger tbh considering the 6 options already we got. Signing Pears maybe sense now Fisher gone. Fisher needed to leave and play somewhere. Hopefully that happens now for him
