Attendances: A cause for concern
roverandout replied to SIMON GARNERS 194's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Yes u did. You said you should go and support the boys. Is that not telling someone what they should be doing with their free time? -

No it's down to a weak ass league. Brereton's sudden form. And some luck

U can't blame him for players missing but u can blame him for his tactics and failure to recruit properly in the January window -

Mowbray ripped us off with pointless tippy tappy football wasting 3 year Mowbray has a free fall every season Mowbray set fans on fans with his comments Mowbray doesn’t like spending as he doesn't have an excuse for failure -

What good work? Midtable mediocrity with one rather fortuitous promotion push? Some managers achieve that within 2 years. Some within a year -
Psg perennial bottlers. Defensively they're a shambles. Never rated Kimpembe. Donnarumma was hopeless. Their midfield is shit. Take out the front 3 they're garbage.

Well they got a point away from home. I watched the game too and rovers rarely created anything decent -

The only player who would definitely have made a difference is Brereton. To bring up Zeefuik Markanday for example is silly. Zeefuik has hardly set the world alight. Markanday made a couple of appearances but there's no guarantee he would have made any impact. Nyambe would have been an upgrade but ayala is irrelevant as Lenihan and van hecke are doing OK and dack might not be tge player he was. So that's two players which is hardly a massive difference even though they are important players -

Sky sports commentators are clueless when it comes to rovers. First they say Mowbray has done an incredible job then they claim Gallagher offers more of a physical presence -

He did a good job at Newcastle. Kept them up with little money to spend before the takeover happened -
He has spent more money than most in thus league. He's underachieved given the lack of interference and the amount of money he's spent compared to alot of managers. Great job isn't a word I would ever use with Mowbray. What has Leeds got to do with it? Norwich and Southampton achieved back to back promotions so that's the other side of the coin. Though when I saw ur username I kind of guessed what u were going to write

No he made a token effort while nearly breaking the keeper's leg

All top strikers have that anticipation. Gallagher obviously isn't one

But if Gallagher had any proper striker instincts he would have anticipated that
