we don't really need to buy that mich to improve the current squad...we have almost like two new signings in fergy and tommo coming back from injury...in matteo we have in my eyes a very experianced international, and although i still don't like the signing of dickov...i feel that all we need now is a left winger...and we don't really need anymore signings....because the squad is good enough. moaning about next season when the first day of pre-season traning is weeks away.....i just knew that it would happen.

this always happens with rovers during the off season. they start farting about with transfers and as the man has just rightly said...if he is that good then pay what he is worth and not silly bids making us the laughing stock of the transfer market.

well he is back in england already after his holiday back home....and he aint signed on the dotted line yet, or at least it aint been in the telegraph....until it is, i'll be holding my breath.

without blackburn rovers, there would be nothing to even smile about, as far as living in this town goes. BRFC is everything to this town....and makes me wonder why more so-called fans don't support them as they should, if not for the club but for the town aswell.

agree. there are lots of people on here that are prepared to stick the knife in when things aren't going too good, but but in actual point of fact have not once come up with a viable option as to who would replace our best manager since 1995. a man who is only second to kenny dalglish in the the last 20 years (IMO), of what he has done for us. we'll all be hearing of calls for stanleh....to be our next boss

even in the championship season we very rarely sold out the stadium....so you gotta ask, what does the club gotta do? signing the likes of dickov certainly won't add a few more thousand to the gate

red scouse did not turn down duff, rather they could not come up with the princely sum of £17m to trigger the clasue in the contract. i read somewhere that they had made a bid of £8m...which was totally laughable. as they say, regarding pedresen...is that sometime you gotta throw them in and see how good theyare. there is no way of telling how good someone can be unless you give them that chance.....

improved the attacking side of things....not this season it hasn't. lookat the difference of when phil boersma was coaching..we had a far better defensive record.....coincidence, i don't think so..... ok we can't blame things on just one person or a few individuals as it is a team game, so there for....collectively it has ben a bad season all round. but....we have changed something that was not broken in the first place...so i say we need to go back to what was successful.

i agree with that 4lane...crazy to do that. well it aint happened yet...and lets hope that it does not. the way that stead and cole play together and have new found respect for eachother aswell...was for me ipitomised at spurs, jsut before they kicked off...when they both slapped eachothers hand and a firm handshake it was.....to say "come on"......that is the sign that the other is playing for his strike partner aswell.

i saw on sky sports today that leicester are to play boca juniors at the walkers stadium in a pre-season game. i am presuming that they are touring england or europe for their season so i reckon it would be great to get a side like that at ewood park. anybody heard anything of who we might play at ewood this summer?? anyone with any teams they would like to come here and watch??

lets not forget that during them seven losses.....there was 10 other teams mates that were playing aswell and i am sure that 80% of rovers fans who attended the home games regularly would agree, in saying taht toddy was a stand-out performer since he came back.
