  5. Capacity say 500, sell 400 tickets. First come first served as to where you sit - same policy used at many away games

  7. Thanks so much to all of our donors for their amazing generosity, especially Rob a friend of the 4000 Holes podcast. This can make a massive difference…🤍💙
  8. It will happen if the club believes the benefits exceed the costs I guess… I’ve always been a fan of an unreserved seating section to allow mates to sit together in the way you would arrange to stand on the same part of the terrace back in the day. Safe standing might allow that part of the football culture to return & *might* have benefits for the club…
  9. Front page article on here now live - ALSO with details of our Christmas Appeal. Because we collectively raised funds so amazingly before the Girona game to buy tickets for kids who otherwise wouldn't be able to go, we are working closely with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust this time, to support their amazing programmes over Christmas, including buying tickets for this game. We fully appreciate that times are hard and money is tight but if you can help & would like to, please read about the great work BRCT undertake & help us to help them... https://www.brfcs.com/magazine/articles/fan-takeover-2-a-mega-deal-for-the-watford-game/467
  10. Vote for your BRFCS POTM supported by @RoversTrust for yesterday now in the Match Centre. Voting closes at 3pm today… https://www.brfcs.com/magazine/football/match/1047634/stoke-city-blackburn?tab=voting

  12. Well…we may ultimately have some spares now so perhaps both..? 😉
  13. Ribero are supplying the missing shirts asap, free of charge, in fairness to them. 💙 My main concern was folks who’d wanted them as Christmas presents & will now be disappointed. 👍🏻
  14. **LATEST UPDATE** All orders that *can* be fulfilled are now packed & will be dropped off at the Post Office this week. [All packages will be sent "Signed For" & so you should look out for the 'Red Card of Doom' through your letterbox when the postman delivers at the precise point you go out for your essential groceries... 😆] Any customers whose order cannot be fulfilled; fully or in part, have now been contacted on the email address registered at the time the shirts were ordered. If you haven't received a mail - you will receive your order as specified. If you have received an email - we are offering an alternative for you to consider - please look out for these mails & let us know - it might be worth checking your spam folders just in case & remember - we've used the email address on our records. It appears that there are nine customers affected, so the vast majority will receive their shirts as ordered. Once again, we can only apologise humbly, we will work hard with Ribero to correct this as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience & understanding...it is appreciated.
  15. *UPDATE* There is some good news & there is some sub-optimal news you might say…please read this carefully if you ordered a shirt. The correct number of shirts have arrived with me. They have induced a wave of nostalgia. The initiative generated £230 for Tony Parkes & BRFCS has rounded this up to £250 & paid over the money to Tony’s account & notified Natalie today. So very well done & thank you to all who helped us with this. You want the less-good news don’t you ? Now…it appears that the manufacturer misread the order form and has produced the sizes & quantities requested for long-sleeves as short-sleeved shirts & vice versa. This is less than ideal. I’ve done some quick analysis and it looks like I can’t currently fulfil roughly a dozen shirts based on what has been delivered. I’ve checked in with Ribero who are profusely embarrassed by the mistake and hugely apologetic. They have placed an urgent order with their manufacturer to deliver the missing shirts but the reality is that it will probably be at least 6 weeks to get them to me i.e. almost certainly after Christmas. I can only apologise for any Christmas gift impacts that this may have. What happens next ? I will review the orders over the weekend & pack up as many correct shirts as possible so that we deliver what we can as quickly as we can. For those who ordered multiple shirts, this may mean that you get one shirt now with one to follow. In these instances BRFCS will cover the postage costs of sending two separate packages. I will happily despatch a shirt of the correct size (with the “incorrect” sleeve lengths) if that is something you prefer. We have received more short sleeve shirts, so essentially this means if you ordered a long-sleeve for winter but now fancy a short-sleeved one for summer instead, we will sort that out for you. If you are happy to wait, once the correct ones arrive, they will be posted out to you & I will thank everyone in advance for their patience & understanding… If anybody for whatever reason is unhappy with any of these options, we will of course be prepared to offer a refund. All I would say, is that we can only refund what you paid, so that includes the donation element of £5. For absolute clarity, BRFCS has already paid the donation to Tony, so we will stand any loss arising - Tony will not lose out as a result of this mistake. What this also means is that we will have some spare shirts - so once the dust has settled we will look to sell these to raise a bit more money for Tony - more details on this to follow; but anyone who missed out, you may get a 2nd bite at the cherry so to speak & Tony may therefore get more donations which would be a terrific outcome. Apologies for all of this, the last few hours has been fraught trying to sort it out…especially when I thought it was my mistake that had caused this…😳 I hope you’ll bear with us whilst we resolve this - all customers affected will get an email from us in the next few days reiterating these options and asking for your choice. Hope that explains…many thanks in anticipation. 🤍💙
