  1. I agree…owners of a corporate body have a legal & fiduciary duty to pay all of their obligations on time. To do anything else is fraudulent. Giving credit to any owner of any corporate body for that matter, for doing the absolute bare minimum legal & ethical requirement is damning with faint praise.
  2. Quite…Not paying HMRC on time is rarely good news. It only takes a judge in India to have a bad day & we are in deep brown sticky stuff.
  3. Presently the pressure is more on cash flow than FFP rules I suspect.
