  1. Delighted for Moore after the abuse he got, best team won and it was a red for me anyway
  2. I was surprised to see the reaction online, only saw the replay but looked a blatant red to me, may have been different in real time
  3. I’d say Doucoure keeps them up, doesn’t matter what Pickford does without them bagging
  4. It was unpopular with me, stopped us signing Berkovic! Glad to be wrong on that one I was also gutted when we signed Shearer because it meant the end for Speedie! Maybe I should be disappointed more often
  5. Think he’s just left at the end of his contract, imagine he may retire, can see him going the Keith Andrews route into Championship Punditry
  6. I think I’ve randomly retained that memory too, wasn’t it ‘One Don Revie’ they were chanting?
  7. Love this, a manager with belief in the team and Barry Bannan at the end showing what they think of him https://twitter.com/swfc/status/1659341296278839298?s=20
  8. Would love them to do it but time ticking away
  9. The Amari’i Bell vs Kasey palmer final the world needed - although KP is still injured I believe
  10. He could have done nothing and it would have been better
  11. A Luton player just had an effort worse than Hedges, I didn’t know that was possible
  12. I don’t watch much footy live these days but caught the goals from the arsenal Brighton game, it’s ridiculous how bored Martin Tyler sounds, he needs to step away and enjoy his retirement as he is detracting from the moment
  13. Eurogarages seems a no brainer but you’d have to think we’ve tried (in our own way) there Next season will be Empire Theatre with Ewood Florists on the back!
  14. Really don’t get the vitriol towards Mowbray, time was up here, we did well by him, he did well by us, he’d got bored and we got bored, it happens
  15. Can’t see any way back for them or Darren Moore there, always liked him. Seems a genuinely decent bloke, maybe he learnt the late season slump in his short Rovers stint!
  16. “But he made some decent saves” He’s a goalkeeper, it’s literally his job, a job he’s done ok enough in but no more than that
  17. Really, really poor decision if this sees TK leave, he’s head and shoulders above Pears who is simply an average keeper, which admittedly is a lot better than he looked previously. I tend to think we never would have got relegated that season had Raya come into the team earlier and I think we would have made the playoffs this season if TK came back in earlier With all the screams of handball (which is most likely was) for the Coventry equaliser, it was a corner that landed centrally about 4 yards out, that’s keepers ball any day of the week! Dumbing down to the nth degree here
  18. Thing is - it wasn’t even a particularly difficult ball for our keeper to deal with but he was stuck to his line. Then we had a chance about 4 days later to make amends - then up steps Ryan Hedges 94 minutes in
  19. As it turns out - it wasn’t a good thing 😞
  20. Pointless blaming refs, we’ve had so many opportunities - 2 off the top of my head with what would have been the last kick of the game, Hedges insanity against Preston and Hirst penalty that he missed
  21. Whilst ultimately inconsequential a couple of things today hugely highlight the issue, we are having to rely on Hedges, Dolan and Szmodics for goals All three are handy squad players but none of them good enough to be driving forces in a promotion chasing team
  22. Can’t decide if it would be sweeter to stop Millwall getting there or Sunderland!
