  1. Yep I remember the ball gently rolling down the slope away from the pitch One of the most frustrating was the beautiful Sebastian Perez getting sent off for being attacked by Graeme Le Saux
  2. Next season will be an interesting test for the dingles, does anyone come in for Kompany and if not can he keep them up. Cant say it wouldn’t be a nice problem to have mind!
  3. As I said the other day, sadly for anyone not you lot and Sheff United it’s all wrapped up for the top 2 now and not even January!
  4. Not surprised the appeal was rejected, technically a red however soft you think it is. For me the worst (if probably irrelevant) decision the ref made last night was blowing for full time exactly on 96 minutes after a sub taking up extra time plus a free kick and a corner that took a minute each with the ref motioning that he was stopping his watch
  5. Two that spring to mind for me are Tugay against Boro, 2 moronic first half yellows including the worlds most pointless handball in their half. Also the lad against Norwich who randomly kicked one of theirs off the pitch, I want to say it was Jay Bothroyd
  6. I was hoping you’d post about the incident, I was waiting for an educated view on it. As expected, from a refereeing perspective it’s a red card, silly silly Buckley Not sure how you can say the subs were right when they had no positive impact on the flow of the game nor the outcome, you’d have much more evidence to say he didn’t get his subs right as we were losing and he failed to alter the course. Oh and as above from a qualified and experienced referee, blame Buckley for giving the ref the decision to have to make.
  7. I’ll be honest I’ve zoned out, however I’d be just as confident we wouldn’t be getting back in it even if the numbers were reversed
  8. Petulant actions like that have been red cards for at least 20 years, I remember Danny Mills getting a red at Highbury for Leeds for passing a ball against a player on the deck, Beckham v Argentina etc
  9. Fact is it’s more on Buckley than the referee, the actions of one of those is under our control and it’s not the referee I think it was soft but idiotic from Buckley
  10. What just happened? Buckley off but red button guy has no idea why. ah he’s thrown the ball at their players head, idiot
  11. WTF I’m just back from my half time Smodicz
  12. Would love to see a replay as Boro were obviously confident in the belief it was offside but it seemed so easy
  13. Get in, thank you Boro offside trap
  14. I was living in blissful ignorance and didn’t notice just how far the top two are ahead of the pack Sad to say that the two automatic places look nearly sealed already - even sadder given it’s them lot going back up at a canter
  15. Isn’t a deliberate handball an automatic yellow card these days?
  16. Never been one to think there’s a bias against us but Goodman seems to have a real dislike for us, the bit about Hedges felt very pointed
  17. Imagine he’ll end up here or in this league permanently, decent little player but a million miles off the standard of Elliott
  18. The Sunderland lad should have been booked but Morton could easily have been sent off
  19. Love Dolan, what a lad always gives everything for the cause
  20. Wouldn’t be taking Dack off it’s the perfect game for him with the walking pace
  21. Honking from Bucko it was a terrible ball and the wrong choice
  22. More gracious than me I was readying the ban button for his impending wind up
  23. Travis is shocking these days, week in and out he stinks the place up
