That's very true, need to find someone credible, who is interested in buying the club. Even if they don't, it would put pressure on the owners, to make a decision, one way or the other. I think, they are financial irregularities involving certain people when they bought it .

My gut feeling is VI won't be here at the start of next season. Somewhere in the small print there will be a get out clause for both sides. If he does go, it will be a hat trick of managers leaving in strange circumstances in the last 18 months.

Next time fans query the 'Venkys Out' chants, remind them we were in the top 10 in the Premier League, when they took over has custodians of the club.. Nothing more to be said!

I watched the players at Stoke in the tunnel on Sky before the game. They looked fed up , no encouraging each over at all . I think , he has already lost the players.

Also publicity and being in the public eye again. They don't want the big media boys around , skeletons in the cupboard .

I doubt he will be here in 12 months time , there must be some get out clause somewhere in the small print . Managers , rarely last 18 months at Rovers nowadays , only Mowbray in the last 14 years . Rebuilding this poor squad will be more than difficult , who will get fed up first ? Fans ,manager or the owners ?

Just after he was signed , I was told by an unreliable source , that he wasn't fit and therefore he is on a pay as you play contract. I honestly do not know one way or the other !

My thoughts too... In the tunnel before the game, just didn't seem up for it. Long way to go yet.

I had my suspicions at the time, I am absolutely certain 14 years later.

Venkys have a history of relegation us, nearly did it within their first six months in situ.. It was obvious, what was going to happen the season after and it did, we went down with barely a whimper! Not a lot as changed in 14 years.
