By way of comparison, Luton’s highest paid director had a salary of £662,414 plus pension contributions of £7,378. I’ll leave others to decide which club got the better value for money…

Our last set of accounts had our highest paid director (presumably SW) as having a salary of £271,413 + pension contributions of £1,321. If it’s any consolation, this is lower than the previous year’s figure.

How about this ‘responsibility’ for the Head of Marketing role: ’Cultivate the customer journey, attracting and capturing new fans, converting fans into customers and growing customer relationships’ Does anyone feel like they’ve been ‘converted’?? Edit - they obviously overlooked this ‘requirement’: ’high level of knowledge in Marketing with a proven track record of working within a senior marketing position’ (the bit in bold is described as ‘essential’)
