I’m fairly neutral on the GB thing but I think there’s a difference between saying you take responsibility for something and actually taking responsibility for something. I’d say the latter involves actions as well as words - I guess we’ll see if any are forthcoming.

I think any point on the day was too late. Not having come across a situation before doesn’t mean you shouldn’t already know how to deal with it should it arise.
