Just don't understand the push from some to 'sell' Travis. Different scenario if clubs were lining up 1 million plus bids but they aren't, still i suppose Gallagher has gone so focus has shifted to the next target. Travis is and always has been a valuable member of our squad, far from perfect like most of them but his good spells always seem to coincide with us doing ok. There is a reason Ipswich wanted him just to provide a bit of strong back up for the job in hand, be a ball winning water carrier which is what he is. Every strong squad needs one of those. I'd like to see him do at least half a season under Eustace and see where we are in Jan although i understand from his point his point of view he might be looking for a last good contract. Unlikely he'll get that here and Rovers taking decent money for him with the intention to RE-INVEST in a younger replacement is also fair enough in the next 12 months.
