I would think that ideally wing-backs are defenders who have the ability to attack when the opportunity arises. Not forwards who don't know how to defend.

JDT is by no means the main problem, or even a significant problem, but he is part of the problem, by insisting on playing a system not suited to the position we are in.

The whistles idea might work as the ref would have no control and I wouldn't have thought that it is illegal.

It is time to show if JDT is a good manager or not.
