  1. You obviously haven't grasped what I wrote. Mowbrays plan is working, for Mowbray. It is not working for the supporters, because we have a different target than the one Mowbray has. Our target is for success for the Rovers, Mowbrays would seem to be, mid table mediocrity.
  2. The problem is that what Mowbray is doing, is working. It's just that Mowbrays target is far below ours. We need someone with more ambition.
  3. why are we never going to win the FA cup ? It is probably easier to do than getting promotion. What are your priorities in the league. I cannot see us getting either promoted or relegated. As for Mowbrays job, at the moment I am not sure what that is.
  4. That is one of the reasons that Mowbray is so secure in his job. People thinking it doesn't matter to loose cup games. No games are pointless, in my limited experience you strive to win every competition. Why do you consider an FA cup game pointless ?
  5. Some people say Mowbray hasn't lost the dressing room. That may be so, but he has lost the rest of the ground.
  6. I will be desperate to go to the first game we are allowed back to Ewood. If Mowbray is still in charge I will give it a miss
  7. The Donny player picked the ball up in his own half, ran forward unchallenged for about 40 yards, whilst 5 Rovers players backed off. A total lack of organisation and leadership.
  8. Correct, but there is nothing to say as a player manager he can't be.
  9. Although nothing can be guaranteed. The nearest thing to a certainty we have is that we are going nowhere with Mowbray
  10. And it would be watched by sub 5000 crowds.
  11. Kendall an inexperienced player/manager came into a reasonable but underperforming squad. He set up the defence to be hard to score against. He had similar playing history and seemed to thrive on the respect of the other players. He showed a passion for the game and the club he worked for. He also realised that at his age this was the chance to prolong his involvement in football as long as he was successful. Quite a few and important similarities.
  12. I would even settle for a worse manager. we are absolutely shit at the moment. I have become apathetic with Mowbray and I am starting to loose any feelings for the Rovers of today. I want to see a return of some passion even if it anger.
  13. For me it is not about table position. I would say fuck off Mowbray, because of the dross football that is being served up game after game, with no reaction from the manager.
  14. A bad thing was FA player worked perfectly for me so I had to put up with that entire pathetic performance
  15. I think there is an obvious reason for that.
  16. But he isn't a decent guy , if he stays taking his pound of flesh. He did a good impression of a decent guy when he first arrived. Recently he has been taking the piss out of decent people some of whom are in difficult positions.
  17. If we win four on the bounce, all that will guarantee is a mid table finish. This teams performances I would not except for Burnley
  18. They are the worst in my 51 years of supporting the Rovers.
  19. Mowbray isn't going anywhere, the only way us supporters can make our point, is to ignore the club whilst Mowbray is still here. For me this will be very difficult, but it is the only way I can see.
  20. The worst team I have seen at Ewood are the Rovers
  21. Our picking out of passes to players in the box is absolutely awful
