  1. So I would say go to the people who regulate the EFL, which I would think is the government, so the local MP.
  2. I don't class finishing 7th in the championship as a good outcome for Blackburn Rovers.
  3. Should this not be put to the EFL for them to ask questions of the club. Maybe ask the Blackburn MP, to ask the EFL to look into it.
  4. If communications are poor, people will speculate and most times come to a negative conclusion. The problem is solved by good communication, even if it is not what people want to hear.
  5. The process seems to have been broken for a long time, and nobody seems to have complained.
  6. Tugay and Colin Hendry weren't bad.
  7. And if Toth doesn't have a period of time out, money has been wasted. We don't seem to be in a position to waste money.
  8. I think it would be a cost issue, the bench sitting keeper probably only plays in parts of a couple of league games per season. Why have an expensive player filling that role, when you can use a cheap youngster
  9. The important question is: Have we improved our second choice keeper ? I think we have.
  10. Is there 12 good men and true, in the riverside ?
  11. And it had nothing to do with the other 10 players ?
  12. It is simple economics, what I find most annoying is why we are not told the truth, I am sure it would be more acceptable to people if we were.
  13. The pubs around New Street station, then the tram from just outside the station.
  14. And all that due to losing a right-back ? I think it is more likely that the rest of the team not playing at the required level was more of a deciding factor.
  15. We lost a great player in Newton, but how was it a major problem for the team losing the right-back ?
  16. I remember him leaving, It wasn't a major blow to the team, as the rest of the team did not live up to his standard. One exceptional player at right-back will not have enough influence on the whole team. An influential player in the spine of the team may have that effect ( Adam Wharton being a prime example ).
  17. I cannot remember an occasion when a team losing a right-back has been a major blow.
  18. It's the only place, and still a fair old walk to the ground.
  19. It must be time for a complaint to the EFL. Perhaps via Blackburns MP.
  20. My thought from yesterdays game : Both teams started the game with a similar plan A, NEC were better at it than us and controlled most of the first half. Second half we try plan B and it works, we get ourselves back into the game, in fact we probably should have got level. Then for some inexplicable reason we reverted to plan A, but with plan B players. The inevitable outcome was that NEC took back control of the game. Anyway it was only a friendly, bring on the Baggies.
  21. Kargbo and Gueye will make a good plan B. Hopefully we can hone the plan A.
  22. The question was about Toths performance, not our outfield players.
  23. Toth didn't make mistakes, yet NEC could/should have scored six.
