Well, I went out and bought the game after posting my last message, and lo and behold! Now the currency stays £££ and I have sold several players! Woohoo. I guess thats just taught me a lesson on piracy...

I certainly find it hard. Finished season 1 in 14th, season 2 in 11th. With Rovers of course. I'm finding it really hard to sell players. I have seriously tried everything. They always turn down the contract offer from the bidding club. I have managed to sell only 3 players, 2 of them I have to pay part of their wage at the new club... :s Another major nuisance is the fact that the currency keeps changing to Thai Baht all the time, and the save setting to daily. This may however be due to the fact I downloaded the game off the net (just to check it out with the new patch you must understand!). Gonna have to buy it now and see if the bugs go away. Bloody noob crackers..

2 + 2 There's no doubt about the away shirt. How many effing red teams that we loathe are there? What's the point in emulating them?? The first away shirt also crap - looks like Spurs away shirt. The middle away shirt is a design statement. I just know that it will come last in any vote How do I vote from abroad by the way? Tried the country code in front (0044+++++) but it didnt work.

Dickov has more quality, if only slightly (Or should that be less lacking in the skill dept.?). Neither of the two are worth keeping for next season. IMO.

He's certainly a decent player, but I find he makes the wrong decisions some times and it costs us. Like he did last night. He's good at reading the game and intercepting passes (when playing at the back), but it's a calculated risk and sometimes he cocks up and leaves a gap. You can't really do that when you have no pace.

Dont expect Gresko to feature. Certainly don't expect to see Jansen or any of the other deadwood either. Hughes will probably make minimal changes, and only include players that have a potential future at the club. That probably rules out a few youngsters some people have mentioned. Peter is probably the only "new" face likely to feature. IMO
