  1. Fantastic. The best part of course being the fact that it was at home!
  2. No. He was involved in both goals and passed the ball well with some nice touches. Worked hard too.
  3. Only half the team performed, that is why we struggled a bit. I thought Friedel, Nelsen, Savage, Pedersen and Bellamy were excellent. Pongolle was quite good as well. The rest have to do better next time.
  4. Lose our focus now and we'll be down in 10th in a jiffy. Every game is vital now and we must show some bottle to have any chance of Euro competition. It will not come easy.
  5. Guess this is as close as you can get to 10": http://www.fujitsu-siemens.com/products/mo...lifebook_p.html It's a tablet. Havent seen any notebooks less than 12" really. If thats OK you can't do better than a Lenovo X60s - dual core CPU. Mmmmm....
  6. It was indeed a pleasure to watch Bentley in central midfield - have we found Tugays replacement within our own ranks? As for the last goal we conceded I agree that you cannot really blame Gray - who the hell was marking Fido at the far post? It does show our need for a new left back though. Our whole backline is a bit lacking when it comes to pace really. As for our performance being the best "in recent years", I don't quite agree with that. We didn't create enough chances for that. We did keep possession well and win the ball back often. I think we only tested Robinson on about 2 occasions besides the goals.
  7. Great performance - terrible result 1st goal was never a Spuds throw-in, 2nd was a Keane handball and for their 3rd we just fell asleep. I can't believe we allowed ourselves to lose concentration at such a vital stage of the game. We should have gone defensive and counter attacked for the win using our pace up front.. Absolutely gutted.
  8. It is now imperative that we do not lose against the spuds. This is really becoming a make or break game.
  9. I'm not sure his whole team would be off with him. Perhaps the likes of Bowen and Niedz#¤%#¤y would like a go at managing themselves - and they would be in a good position to apply at Rovers should Sparky go.
  10. Good post but, you got one thing wrong
  11. Feeling optimistic today, so I voted for 7th. Won't be disappointed with 8th either.
  12. That depends entirely on whether you have useable parts. Buying a new PC part by part is in no way the cheapest option. Think about it. There's no bulk discount for anything.
  13. While we're at it, left to right: Friedel - Neill - Kelly - Tugay - Cole - Johansson - Souness - McEveley - Todd - Flitcroft - Duff - Dunn - Taylor Missing from the picture are Yorke, Sukur, Hignett (had been substituted so would be wearing more than the person hugging Jay) and Jansen (don't think he's the one hugging Brad as he's not that tall). As for this seasons version of the game, I'm going for a bore draw, 0-0. Someone in our team to be red carded.
  14. What he said.. However if Hughes does sign him I will not be complaining.
  15. Yeah. And we all remember how well Casiraghi did in England. Don't worry about it I say
  16. 15 points is what we will get. Finish 7th or 8th.
  17. If only we had drawn half of the away games that we have lost ... Can't complain though. The job now will be to keep our position until the end of the season. Arsenal and Bolton our main contenders IMO.
  18. Let's see if we can take advantage of the situation then. Come on you blues!
  19. Crap logo for our shirt. That thing is gonna look ugly no doubt, unless they change it. Their webpage certainly does not give the impression they are a top international firm. However they spend a lot on TV-commercials here.
  20. Haha yeah I noticed that too. The man is a pain to watch. What a game! I need a drink. First double over manure in 65 years. They had it coming! And congrats to Bentley - I knew you had in in ya! Welcome to the Club
