  1. Don't do it to yourself. He isn't going to walk.
  2. Standard Rovers under Mowbray. Shite. Can't even beat 10 men FFS.
  3. BB off, Chapman on.
  4. What position is he playing?
  5. So we held out for 4 mins? Impressive.....
  6. What formation do we think? Rothwell, Gallagher, Armstrong & Brereton all in attack. Must be: Rothwell---Brereton---Armstrong ‐----------------Gallagher If he plays either BB or Gally out wide, it will be frustrating
  7. I could see it happening of we got a centre back and some cash. With no Dsck sale on the horizon now, I reckon we'll need a sale of some description to plug some financial gaps.
  8. Yer it would have been difficult to get him in the team. Pretty sure we sold him to Brentford where he played really well though. Scored a few too.
  9. Good to see us constantly casting the net far and wide. I mean I actually quite like him as a player and we totally wasted him when he was here last.
  10. So close to drawing the Dingles and ended up with Brum instead. I'd play any other keeper than Walton. Starts for Davenport and Chapman too. Shame JRC is injured, would have been a game he could have got some minutes in too.
  11. If JRC is a promising talent at Right back, it seems like a no brainer to start getting him involved. Nyambe is injury prone and as you say, Bennett is limited and needs replacing sooner rather than later. Cup game against Birmingham seems like a good place to start and then get him involved in the league and see how he goes. He doesn't need to start every game but we'll never know if he's ready for the first team unless he starts playing in it.
  12. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18132325.mowbray-explains-rovers-rotation-policy-christmas/ Mowbray doesn't need to defend his mental rotation policy over Xmas, despite it providing abject performances and a poor points return.
  13. I wouldn't be quick to give Mowbray any money after seeing what he does with it but I wouldn't be selling our best players just to make him walk away.
  14. Sell everything and give no money for replacements? Do you work for Venkys?
  15. Ok, it was a bit to be fair. Still, there was no way we should have been paying Gladwin for the last few months.
  16. No worries, we've got Brereton. ?
  17. Good picture of trav in the article. If Sheff come in with a bid, he'll be off like a shot. Dacks not getting sold and we need cash from somewhere. Venkys might even let Mowbray sign an inferior replacement with some of the transfer fee too.
  18. Absolutely stole a living at Rovers. Another failing of Mowbray, being loyal to total garbage.
  19. Come on, we're only 4 points off 6th ?
  20. I don't see Mowbray as a safe pair of hands at all. We are now on one of his classic winless runs that could stretch on for a long time. Every game is on a knife edge as we could turn up and look the part or look like we just met in the car park 20mins before kick off. It won't last, give him enough time and he won't be able to pull his usual rabbit out of the hat anymore.
  21. Another worrying point, according to Rich Sharpe, Danny Graham has had just 9 touches of the ball in his last 2 games (7 in 60mins against Hudds, 2 in 20mins against Forest) He's now probably our only reliable source of goals and yet he never gets the ball.
  22. Ah, I meant more a spirited fight to get it level but ultimately come up short. The rage took over and I just didn't really read what I typed properly.
  23. The argument that Venkys probably won't appoint a good manager is a valid one, as in their entire ownership of the club they are yet to appoint a good one. Worryingly, you could put a case forward for Mowbray being the best so far (Probably Bowyer for me) and this is a manager who can't select players in their correct positions. Mowbray isn't a good manager at all, so I'd rather spin the wheel and see who comes in, as opposed to sticking with someone who's not working.
  24. It'll be a spirited comeback but with nothing to show for it.
