Rochina MK2 Definitely has the talent but can't seem to fit into the team anywhere. Under Mowbray his best chance is going to be on one side of a midfield 3. I feel like he should be starting on one side of a front 3 (if we are continuing this 4-3-3 formation) but it doesn't seem to work for him there. His end product is a problem but surely his coaching should be focused on that?

You'd have hoped we would have been looking at this position for months, knowing Walton was going back/not being good enough and we would basically have this crucial position wrapped up very early doors. I can't sit here and believe that Mowbray hasn't got something lined up, he must have. You're probably right though, more than likely another young prem keeper on loan.

I think the serious push for the top 6 should have been this season coming as we've been "Building" for a few transfer windows now but it will only be realistic if Mowbray resolves some of the issues we have: 1. Signing a decent Keeper, centre back and left back 2. Keeping hold of our better players 3. Mowbray making the minor adjustments to our starting 11 that are required such as NOT playing Gallagher outwide. 4. Striking the right balance between attack and defence. Post lockdown we conceded way too many goals to consider any form of realistic promotion push. I can't see those 4 things happening because of Coronavirus, Mowbray's stubbornness and his questionable transfer record.

Why has he even gone on holiday? Hes just had 3 months off. He shouldn't be going anywhere, it would be pretty irresponsible for him to go abroad and un coming back and needing to self isolate for 10 days, certainly given the short time before the start of the season. If its also delaying or causing us to miss out on any transfers, especially free ones, it makes matters even worse. I assume he's not gone abroad and he's basically on his phone 24/7 dealing with players/agents. Thats my hope anyway, even if he is calling it a holiday.

I wouldnt sell him because the money won't be reinvested but Venkys will sell him in a heartbeat at that price.
