Did you watch the Szmodics interview with Allardyce? In that he said JDT was tactically the best manager he's had but JE was more man management. JE said if they beat Sheff Wed, he wouldn't see them again till wednsday (giving them days off as a reward), whereas JDT would have them back in after a defeat, repeating all the stuff in training.
