Remember Italia 90 as I was in Italy on holiday while the WC was on and I watched the England Germany game in the hotel with a load of Germans. As far as I know teams can loan out as many players as they want, alsodon't think theres a rule about how many players you loan out to teams in the same league. I'm sure though if Chelsea did start loaning too many out the Premier League would have to make some kind of rule and lets face it only Chelsea have the money to build a large squad.

Wolcott wont be involved in the Champions League Final because of a gentlemans agreement between Wenger and Sven. Before Wolcott was picked for the England squad Wenger had hinted that he would possibly feature in the Euro cup final.

All managers gamble at what ever level they manage at, look as us with Stead we took a gamble on player who was playing and scoring at a lower level. He came to Rovers and did well mainly because Prem teams didn't know a lot about him but of course the following season he got found out and went down the pan. Wolcott is an unknown at full International level and being as we haven't seen him play I'm pretty sure the opposition hasn't seen him play as well, I'm not saying he's gonna be the next Rooney but you never know. All this time Sven has been slagged off for being cautious now he's took a big gamble he's now getting slagged for that.
