I’ll be honest, I’m in my thirties and I have absolutely no idea how to use I follow either. What I do imagine is that the club will ultimately have a second phase of the plan with an email containing instructions with how to access the match streams. Either way, I won’t have anywhere near the same enthusiasm for behind closed doors as being in the ground on match day.

The reason for bringing football back for ‘sporting integrity’ (money) seems to be the only thing I can think of. Football behind closed doors without fans is just inferior whatever way you look at it, but some football is better than none I suppose! The thing is, the clubs that need the money the most (leagues 1 & 2 especially) don’t get anywhere near the same TV money, so without PL subsidy, they will continue to struggle without fans in the ground. I can already hear the cries ‘why should the PL subsidise the lower league’. Well, with some poor decisions, that could easily be them in league one as well! A tough situation, but the incredibly cash rich PL could, and easily should in my view help to provide for the other clubs out of solidarity, if nothing else. Unless of course, it’s only the #footballfamily when it suits....

Roughly where I’m at tbh. If my refund money helps the club to survive in a post-Covid world, then they can keep it. I’m not struggling particularly (furloughed), but if they have to give out the refunds, I’d probably take the money back and spend it at the shop or something.

You just keep paraphrasing what others have said, instead of saying what you think. Just because the league have said it has to, doesn’t mean it has to. Leagues have gone null and void in other European countries, so to be fair, we could also just do the same. Whenever I read about ‘integrity’ in relation to football, it just reads as ‘money’ in reality.

Hmm, well to be fair there was also Mourinho, Declan Rice, Mason Mount and David Luiz that have been caught from memory. (These are ones that have been caught as well, you can bet your bottom dollar there will have been others that also haven’t been caught).

Nice of them to share names and pictures of those arrested before they get a trial! The LT and the police haven’t even mentioned anything about them yet! Let’s hope they are guilty, eh?
