He doesn't seem too 'savvy' in the arts of football management! So just what is he 'savvy' at? Think you'll continue to sing the praises of Eusless until he's gone (like you do with all Rovers' managers)! IMO, a dud and worse than Coyle - at least we won some games with Coyle and he did have a promotion to the PL on his CV. Just what the feck has Eusless achieved as a manager!?

Would be very surprised if Gallagher is there at all. Understand he has a transmissible illness which will also have taken quite a bit out of him.

I've seen some very poor managers since I started supporting Rovers some 60+ years ago. Sadly, you never forget them for all the wrong reasons. Iley, Kidd, Ince, Kean, Black, Berg, Appleton and Coyle readily spring to mind (5 of those 8 under ownership of the Raos in the last 14 years!). IMO, Eusless is right up with the worse of them - 10 matches without a win is a damning indictment and there can be NO EXCUSES from a manager who in his own words, or words to that effect, took over an 'amazing squad' who he 'couldn't be more proud of'. His 'rise to fame' is on the back of making Kidderminster 'the Barcelona of non league' and a moderately successful short spell at Brum where I think the owners quickly realised they had a manager with limitations who wasn't going to deliver their aspirations and ambitions. I think Rovers have appointed a dud who I think is an unlikeable, charmless, smarmy bullsh1tter; only Kean of previous Rovers' managers evoked such feelings in me and I think that tells me all i need to know about Eusless.

It's a total embarrassment. No win in 10 games and our 'soft boys' don't look like winning. I think Eusless spouts cliche ridden bullsh1t and EXCUSES!!! In that ridiculous cap he insists on wearing, I think the guy strikes an uncanny resemblance to Kean and we know what most fans thought of his incapabilities! Fortunately, I think we will escape relegation by the skin of our teeth given teams below us seem equally, if not more so, inept. Whether we stay up or go down, Eusless needed firing. I've seen absolutely nothing to suggests he offers Rovers a brighter future. A total dud, IMO.

You would certainly hope so! I think Gilsenan has a bit of the 'x factor' about him and could really spark us especially if he gets an early goal or two. Sadly, as you know as you've been around for a while, there are some players whose 'faces never seem to fit' with their clubs and they don't get the opportunities they deserve. - think Gilsenan is one of these.

Think it's quite clear that Broughton is a busted flush. IMO, a 'gentle' interview with a man who knows he's on his way out. The fact it was not done through the LT and/or Radio Lancashire also tells a story. As more and more leaks out, I think Broughton's position becomes more and more untenable and no self respecting DOF would put up with it. Broughton said JDT's Rovers' exit had become "inevitable", well he knows the script!!!

Wilkinson is pretty well informed and this would not surprise me at all. I don't think the club has a shred of credibility left. Goodness knows what other clubs, players and agents (other than those already on the Rovers' gravy train) think of us.

Think Rovers will be saved by the ineptitude of other teams rather than no win in 9 or 10 (lost count now) Eusless. My relegated 3 - Rotherham (now gone), Huddersfield (strange managerial appointment, Breiten... seems lost and little impact) and Brum (now in freefall with Venus clueless). Think next season we will go down - next few months going to be torrid with, IMO, the club riddled with uncertainty, poor managers from top to bottom and too many 'snout in the troughers'.

A good and unexpected point today - not sure it will be enough to compensate for those squandered in recent winnable games. There will be twists and turns to come. Ipswich next up on Good Friday and they are in cracking form, scoring goals for fun. Let's see how the purported Eustace defensive solidarity holds up then!

Notwithstanding the court's decision/ruling in August, there will probably be enough available money from Wharton's sale, Raya's move to Arsenal (and our cut of that) and the sale of SS, and Carter, Travis etc, if need be, to get Rovers through the next 16 months. Sadly, I think our owners and CEO will be unchanged 12 months down the line from now. IMO, we are a club hopelessly drifting along in a sea of shyte, and, at some point, the contamination will become too severe and that will be the end of Rovers.

Does keep Brum below us but after Rotherham it's still 2 from 7 - a win for Brum tonight would have made Boro easier opponents on Saturday but tonight's win for Boro gives them a realistic play-off chance and they will therefore be all fired-up against us; it was never about catching Boro.

Worst possible result for Rovers tonight. Boro on a bit of a roll and in striking distance of play-offs. Always a team that comes from nowhere. Confidence and momentum everything in this league - we are polar opposites and spiralling downwards. Boro by 3 or 4 goals to 1.

If we manage to say up, it will almost be entirely down to SS - without him, we'd be done for already. He'll turn 29 this year and if he is to have a crack at the PL it's going to be this summer or never. The lad deserves a far better stage than we can offer. Sadly, our owners will see his fee as another 6 to 12 months where they don't need to input any money. With the Wharton money, the Raya money and the SS fee, we'll be saddled with these, IMO, imbecilic and moronic owners for at least another 2 seasons after this.

Even Kean and Coyle won games!!! Atm, after 8 games in charge, Eusless has a win % of ZERO - let that sink in. I am struggling to think of any newly appointed Rovers' manager who after 8 games had yet to record a win. I think we've appointed a dud and the mood music ain't good. Think you need to wake up and smell the coffee.

The only embarrassment atm is Eusless. Think it's quite clear why Brum got rid of him - IMO, a man without tactical nous and zero charisma who creates a holiday camp atmosphere for the players (far too pally, pally). I've seen enough already and think he will turn out to be one of our worse managers of the last 60 years or so ranking alongside Iley, Kean, Ince and Coyle (worse 4 managers I can recall off the top of my head). Don't mention Rooney - an absolute disaster at Brum. My prediction - we wont get to 50 points and will get relegated. What's your prediction - how many points will we get and will we stay up? No, no, no. The record of Eusless is 7 very, very winnable games, NO WINS and a measly 5 points. Think he's a man out of his depth. Speaks in cliches allied to copious amounts of bullsh1t. Today showed, IMO, he's tactically useless. Carry on like this and we'll think Coyle was Pep. We are in the deepest shyte possible. Bold action needed - sack him and let Johnson continue with the work he started against Stoke!!! Harris has 3 wins and 1 draw in 4 matches since returning to Millwall. That's a new manager bounce - a guy who can motivate and organise his players. Eusless is too pally, pally - you can see this in interviews the way he refers to players. I bet the players love him!!! We all have different views! Yep 'Beamo' missed a lot but he never went 'missing in action', continuing to get in the right areas. Hickman wasn't a great footballer, we know that, but my goodness, he had the heart of a lion, an aggression, a physicality and a presence that the opposition didn't like - a Travis on steroids!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gally is a pussycat in comparison and as a minimum needs to put himself about a lot more. As for comparing Gally to the Don - you have to be joking. Don Martin was one of the classiest footballers Rovers had in that era. Looked equally at home as a c/h, c/f or midfielder. Convinced he would have played in Div 1 but for that horrible ankle break which took its toll.

They would all get in!!!: Jones - goalie supreme Heaton - tenacious, terrier like and led by example - would give Brittain the shits one on one Hawkins - Mr dependable, great organiser Faz - very, very good at level of old Divisions 2 & 3 but not quite there for old Div 1 (now PL) Burgin - cool and classy Metcalfe - very good on his day, skillful and tenacious Oates - great athlete who was strong and got around the pitch and weighed in with goals Parkes - you only realised how good he was when he wasn't playing! Beamish - got goals and missed a lot, however, never shirked or hid and got in the right positions to threaten, worth 10 of Gallagher Hickman - tenacity, workrate personified, a physical threat and weighed in with goals Martin - 'the Don', superb classy footballer. Could have played in Division 1 but for that horrible ankle break and was never quite the same That team would get me to Ewood for every home match and many away games. Sadly, IMO, today's bunch is just spineless and mainly 'Eusless' who should be made to watch a video of that epic 1975 encounter against Argyle .

A couple of friends of mine are the same. Intelligent, and usually sensible, folk who just seem either blinded by all the shenanigans or opt to bury their heads in the sand. We have some humdinging discussions especially when the red has been flowing. Just adds to the despair.

Can you imagine Klopp or Pep ever coming out with a statement like that!? Understand what you mean by trying to take the pressure off the players but in my book, it's just another excuse for the players if they don't win - 'relax, it's okay, the gaffer said it was not a must win'.
