  1. Past hour
  2. Just guesswork on my part but the audit director has changed this year so could just be something from them. My experience of audit directors is they like to put their stamp on things in their first year.
  3. Alebiosu the pick of the bunch. I'm classing Gudjohnsen as good purely because without him, we'd probably be sitting 23rd. McLoughlin is ok at best, he seemed steadier in the few games alongside Wharton and Carter but is prone to a mistake, positive he can stay fit. Miller brave, but sloppy, has a tendency to put his teammates in danger. I will say he puts in a shift for the travelling he does for international duty and is always available. TGH I can think of a couple of nice diagonal balls he's played, but on the whole nothing special, I'd class as a downgrade on Trav. Tavares well, the less said the better. If it ever was as expensive as mooted then a terrible mistake based off performances so far. Morisihita @davulsukur summed it up. Baradji I'll probably judge at the end of January by which point I'm hoping he's played plenty of games. So far, I've seen him jog around. Henriksson anytime he's been in the starting lineup, I've backed him to be the first sent off. De Neve, Ah, Dion. Not his fault, as he says, of course he's going to take the opportunity to quadruple his wage. But he makes mistakes seen at Sunday league level. Consistently ball watching and has single handedly cost us goals.
  4. If he wasn't why did the defender foul him? He didn't accidentally make contact did he?
  5. I would assume just League games
  6. Salary and wages + £1,303,040 Social Security costs + £203,048 Pension costs + £187,951 Total increase £1,694,039 The cost of the adjustments you referred to will appear in next years accounts.
  7. Chat gpt said 50/50 but leaning on yellow , is that not more intelligent?
  8. Do cup games count? Is it 45 + 3?
  9. Hardie is the type of striker we need in January. Do you know what data led to Rovers signings? Why not allow Baradji a few starts before a proper judgement. McLoughlin has been solid experience signing. Morishita is a good footballer who is adapt but his quality there. Is Gudjohnsen all round game that bad? His hold play is quite good but he tend to stay central whilst Ohashi runs the channels
  10. As opposed to later on when Gueye came on when it was definite DOGSHIT
  11. McGuire has got that wrong. It's not £211m since Venkys acquisition. It's £211m because of Venkys acquisition.
  12. I would suggested you look at your post and yesterday's performance dont match up one bit. Its was good overall much improved performance yet you never once mentioned in your original post. I don't get this horrendous comment. Baradji is horrendous player? Based on what? Had the ref made the right decisions we would have been talking a Rovers win here. He has huge part in us not winning that game. Can you not see that? Did Ismael's subs have a negative impact on us not winning? Not for me apart Gueye who needs to go
  13. Would the NI adjustments in 2025 have made an impact on salary costs? I know for the business I work for (a medium-sized local firm), it was somewhere in the region of an additional £500k-£750k over the course of this year.
  14. Yep plus they know the crap that refs have to deal with-not worth it.
  15. Brittain had a decent season but for my money, Ryan A is a much better all round player.
  16. I would agree in principle due to De Neve's poor game intelligence and positioning. However, I don't think Ismael sees neither Ribeiro nor Pickering as viable options for left wing-back since none of them are athletic enough to play there. Ribeiro also made his fair share of mistakes before getting dropped earlier in the season. We have a weak squad that lacks depth, simple as that. Our pressing out of possession and overall fitness level/sharpness has improved during the last few games but we need signings in January to avoid lowering the standards whenever injuries, fatigue and suspensions starts kicking in again.
  17. Today
  18. Very sad but very true with regard to distance between club and town. Partly down to demographic and the town certainly hasn’t moved on in any positive way. Blackburn used to be a really top Friday / Saturday night with cracking, numerous and heaving pubs but today, there is hardly a town centre pub left.
  19. Bank overdraft increased by £8million to over £11 million. As a result interest charges on overdraft and loans increased by over £1million.
  20. I think I would rather go with the majority and Arbitro on this one, unless your Howard Webb 😊
