  1. Past hour
  2. Boycott hasn’t worked. Blackburn stand not as busy as usual but on the whole I’d say there’s hardly any difference. Too many people against it
  3. Let these happy clappers reap what they sow
  4. Looks a similar size crowd to usual from photos on X
  5. I expected more. This will be brushed under the carpet by the club, again. The appetite for protest in our fanbase is low. This is the status quo for Rovers. It's been 15 years. Most bad owners don't last anywhere near that long.
  6. Funny kick off time for an early round cup game
  7. Jack Walker stand looks, unfortunately, reasonably full. We've been let down by people who apparently are happy with the status quo.
  8. That’s hardly a boycott is it 🫣
  9. Fewer than I thought, great effort, feel proud that so many are taking a stand!
  10. If you and some others can't see that it causes aggro for the gravy train riders at Ewood and will NOT go unnoticed by their bosses then you really are head in the sand i'm afraid. Of course it won't bother the owners financially but the people in charge of the club will have to answer to them and it's a bug two fingers up to them from a large chunk of the remaining hardcore fanbase. 'We see you and we hold you in the same contempt you hold us'. That's what it's about. Shouldn't really need explaining though should it.
  11. Walker stand looks about as full as usual sadly
  12. Doesn't look like the boycott has done that well
  13. They've announced it as 4-2-3-1, which is baffling as he's only switch formations when he's got players back.
  14. We'll never have another Uncle Jack, but it's not a lot to ask for well-intentioned owners who have designs on improving the club's standing, rather than ones content to let the club die a slow death from 5000 miles away.
  15. We take away the its just a minority argument. That is the starting point.
  16. Looks like the protests working, never seen an emptier Blackburn End. Hope you enjoy it on television.
  17. You may or may not but presumably you'd be competitive and I think certainly you'd get a tilt at the play offs from time to time.
  18. I’m struggling to understand what a boycott achieves? “Hit Venkys in the pocket” was one thing I heard. This is a multi billion pound company who lose vasts amount of money from Rovers every year I really don’t think fans not attending (most of which already lined Venkys pockets when they bought a season ticket) and not buying a few pies is really going to bother Venkys 🤷🏻‍♂️ All protests have been an utter shambles with most games there just being one banner saying “Pasha Out” 😂 why are those that have boycotted not gathered outside the ground protesting to gather some media attention? I do wonder what the action group is actually set up to do
  19. Yeah but he can control the ball and and pick a good pass. I think Id rather have him in than the other options.
  20. They've systematically destroyed the club and we've still flirted with the Playoffs for several seasons. This is a club artificially held down below it's natural level. In a dream world you get bought by a Brighton / Brentford / Bournemouth type owner who has ambition, money and intelligence. If you just get bought by people who care I still think we'd eventually get promoted.
  21. Judging from the warm up videos, I'd say the boycott has been a roaring success. Looks like a behind closed doors friendly.
