Yes you've highlighted the point well there, three hundred to several thousands so in other words a normal step to a pro contract at this level. Then after 100 plus Championship appearances against, alongside and often out performing lads on 10-20 thousand a week he wants a contract reflecting that and he 'allegedly' turned down one that obviously didn't. So yes good luck to him, non of that detracts from the fact it's a carbon copy of the Nyambe farce except this time it's a better player.

Operate like a normal club, offer players with deals coming to an end a new contract, if they don't want it tell them to tell their agent we are after X amount for them to move on.
